Instead, when I called today to inquire about another procedure, I was told I'm "better served" elsewhere -- essentially blacklisted for speaking up about their repeated lack of follow-through. I have never been rude, disrespectful, or abusive in any way; all I did was hold them accountable for failing to communicate. Somehow, I am being punished for their mistake. I strongly feel this decision was unfair and undeserved, and I hope the owner or management sees this review and reconsiders the blacklisting. Patients should know that if they try to hold this office accountable, they could face the same treatment -- which directly contradicts the professionalism and care the owner publicly claims to value. Now, instead of being able to receive care locally in Sonoma County, I'm forced to go elsewhere, which is both disappointing and unnecessary.
