I am writing this review with the hopes that anyone who is thinking of this place, for your own benefit PLEASE STAY AWAY. This business should not operate under any circumstances, they are horrendous at what they do and extremely unprofessional. THIS NIGHTMARE all began when I took my Suzuki Boulevard 2006, to get customized body work in 2018. Month after month LEONARDO would tell me that my motorcycle was being worked on and that he needed more time and extra money to get the parts that I wanted, at first I trusted him and his demands as I naively expected my motorcycle to be completed. Exaggeratedly, this process took almost TWO YEARS and when I finally had enough of his continuous EXCUSES and constant evading I sent him a message saying I wanted to go see my motorcycle. When I arrived he was RUDE, IRRATIONAL, AGGRESSIVE and told me to take my motorcycle "AS IS", meaning he hadn't completed what I paid to be completed and the little he did finish, was absolute trash work at its best. The motorcycle was poorly painted, inaccurately customized and worst of all, UNFINISHED. If what you want is to throw your money away whilst your ruin your motorcycle(s) this is your place. At the end of this ordeal at the very least I asked to get the parts back that I PAID FOR, which weren't placed on my motorcycle, he denied me as such and also failed to give me my invoice or any type of invoice to clarify what he had bought with MY MONEY to work on MY MOTORCYCLE. This place is an absolute joke, a place where I wish i never went to or anyone for that matter. LEONARDO IS A THIEF. Shame on this place and its workers.

Estoy escribiendo esta crítica con la esperanza de que cualquiera que esté pensando en este lugar, para su propio beneficio, POR FAVOR MANTENTE LEJOS. Este negocio no debe operar bajo ninguna circunstancia, son horrendos en lo que hacen y extremadamente poco profesionales. ESTA PESADILLA comenzó cuando lleve mi Suzuki Boulevard del ano 2006, para obtener un trabajo de carrocería personalizado en el 2018. Mes tras mes, LEONARDO me decía que estaba trabajando en mi motocicleta y que necesitaba más tiempo y dinero extra para obtener las piezas que quería. Al principio confiae en él y en sus demandas, ya que ingenuamente esperaba que mi motocicleta se completara. Exageradamente, este proceso tomó casi DOS AÑOS y cuando finalmente escuche suficientes EXCUSAS continuas y evasión constante, le envié un mensaje diciendo que quería ir a ver mi motocicleta. Cuando llegué, él fue RUDO, IRRACIONAL, AGRESIVO y me dijo que tomara mi motocicleta "TAL CUAL", lo que significa que no había completado por lo que pagué para completar y lo poco que terminó fue basura. La motocicleta estaba pobremente pintada, inexactamente personalizada y lo peor de todo, SIN ACABAR. Si lo que quieres es tirar tu dinero mientras arruinas tu motocicleta, este es tu lugar. Al final de este problema, al menos le pedí que me devolvieran las piezas que PAGÉ, que no se colocaron en mi motocicleta, él me lo negó como tal y tampoco me entregó mi factura ni ningún tipo de factura para aclarar lo que había comprado con MI DINERO para trabajar en MI MOTOCICLETA. Este lugar es una broma absoluta, un lugar donde desearía no haber ido nunca o que vaya nadie. Leonardo es un ladrón. Veguenza da este lugar y sus trabajadores.
