Upon arrival, I noticed a Ducati among the bikes awaiting repair. Ducati owners don't entrust their pricey and fast beauties with just anyone, so that was a very positive sign of good things ahead. Customer service is as important as repair service, and everyone there excels in that department! I was offered a seat and a water [hot and sunny that day], as I waited for the owner to finish with a customer. Met the owner, Adnan, and the excellent customer service didn't lose a step. He asked me what was wrong with the bike, and gave it a good look over. He almost immediately told me that my bike had the wrong size front tire [130/70 installed, 120/70 service manual]. And he noticed the Front Brake Switch was missing. Experience--check. Attention to detail--check. He took down my info, and told me I would hear from them about their findings the next day--Saturday, as he had a line of bikes ahead of mine. Well, to my astonishment, not only did I hear from him the next day, he told me the bike was ready! Apparently, it was an easy fix. While I was in his office to pay, he offered to order the Front Brake Switch. I agreed, and he conveniently added it to the same bill. Price for EVERYTHING was fair. NO stealership labor rate/service fee. Gave a tip to show my happiness and appreciation! Thank you!

I paid Cody $130.00 to come to my house and let me know what was wrong with my bike. He came with a helper and they showed me what needed to be fixed and what the cost would be. I agreed and they were to come back in a few days when they had the parts. I never heard from anyone again. I finally found another mechanic to take care of the bike. I'm sorry to say this, but don't bother with this one. They aren't reputable and they don't care about their customers.

I rented an automotive lift from Get Lifted Auto Garage for 2 hours. However, I was also charged for a "full hour extra" after exceeding my reservation by 15 minutes. I find this to be a little unfair. I understand that businesses need to make money, but I believe that in this instance, Get Lifted Auto Garage was taking advantage. Charging for a full hour of rental for only 15 minutes of lateness is excessive, especially if you want to establish a solid customer relationship with your patrons. I planned on going back to the facility to work on my car over the weekend, but after this interaction I will have to look around for another shop. I would not recommend Get Lifted Auto Garage to anyone looking for a reasonable place to work on their car unless you're willing to break your back and spend top dollar doing so. There are other businesses that offer automotive lift rentals for a more reasonable price and better customer relations. The owner of Get Lifted Auto Garage tried to dispute my review by pointing to the fine print in the rental agreement, which states that any time over the reservation time will be charged at the full hourly rate. However, I believe that this is a case of unfair business practices. The fine print is hidden in the rental agreement and is not made clear to customers at the time of booking. Additionally, the 15-minute grace period is not industry standard. Most businesses that offer automotive lift rentals offer a 30-minute grace period. I believe that Get Lifted Auto Garage is more interested in making money than providing good customer service. I will not be removing my review unless I receive a full refund.
