I just got it today and the special fuel 2-tone chrome tank which makes the 100th Anniversary what is it, is corroded and rusted. I specifically asked the salesman (Julián Imanol Brutomeso who also seems to be the owner) before I bought it to tell me about any flaws. He said there were none and to just "check the pics". The pics they had online did not show the corrosion on the tank. This tank is $6500 through BMW. When the delivery drivers were still in my driveway I texted the salesman and he said "You saw the pics, it's as advertised" and hasn't responded to me since.

THIS NIGHTMARE all began when I took my Suzuki Boulevard 2006, to get customized body work in 2018. Month after month LEONARDO would tell me that my motorcycle was being worked on and that he needed more time and extra money to get the parts that I wanted, at first I trusted him and his demands as I naively expected my motorcycle to be completed. Exaggeratedly, this process took almost TWO YEARS and when I finally had enough of his continuous EXCUSES and constant evading I sent him a message saying I wanted to go see my motorcycle. When I arrived he was RUDE, IRRATIONAL, AGGRESSIVE and told me to take my motorcycle "AS IS", meaning he hadn't completed what I paid to be completed and the little he did finish, was absolute trash work at its best. The motorcycle was poorly painted, inaccurately customized and worst of all, UNFINISHED. If what you want is to throw your money away whilst your ruin your motorcycle(s) this is your place. At the end of this ordeal at the very least I asked to get the parts back that I PAID FOR, which weren't placed on my motorcycle, he denied me as such and also failed to give me my invoice or any type of invoice to clarify what he had bought with MY MONEY to work on MY MOTORCYCLE. This place is an absolute joke, a place where I wish i never went to or anyone for that matter. LEONARDO IS A THIEF. Shame on this place and its workers. A EL QUE LEA ESTO. What a disaster of a place. Initially took my bike there to change out my fork seals. They were…read moreworn and starting to crack from the sun. They seemed to do a good job but I was getting moisture on the forks after riding. Seemed like they fixed it at the time. Then took my bike back there (against better my judgement) because the front tire was losing air. The mechanic there told me I would need to replace the tire, so we did. A week later I was having the exact same problem. Again he said we needed to change the tire. At this point I was becoming suspicious but said "ok." Next week same issue. So I checked it for myself. Ended up being a bad valve that they kept using for the new tires. They just kept switching it to the new tire to save $5. I had already gave them a deposit for another part but decided to cut my loses and took the bike to another mechanic. It turns out when they initially changed the forks they sanded the metal around them (for some idiotic reason) and left pits in the metal. Because of their stupidity, I now had to replace the forks. Not only will they not fix your problems but they will add to them. Stay away!!!

He lies about the warranty, he illegally rewrite the warranty from the manufacture, lowering The time you have for replacements, just so he can charge you after 30 days for Repairs and adjustments. He doesn't know the difference between miles in kilometers, and literally lied multiple times about details with the warranty. He will literally sell any Chinese crap and just cross his fingers that he will leave without Knowing what you've got yourself into. Oh let me not forget his disgusting attitude once he does sell you a piece of crap. He will no longer talk to you or cherish you as a customer, instead he will treat you like a bug until you leave his store. He literally didn't even wanna give me an explanation to what was wrong with the scooter, and it's brand new. Less than four months and it doesn't even turn on. He just left my scooter on the side of the road and asked me to leave because I asked for a simple explanation of what is wrong with the scooter. Will be pursuing legal action, as it is completely illegal for him to write on the Bill of sale sale amounts of $1000 when I handed him $2100. Obviously he wrote this lower amount so he doesn't have to pay taxes. And rewriting a warranty is completely illegal especially from the manufacturer. I will not be letting this go as I literally have no way of transportation now because I spent my last couple hundred dollars on this piece of crap and I am dealing with a lot in my life so I cannot buy another way of transportation. I got a quote from Harley of 600 dollars, Mike did it for 200 dollars, I had asked Mike to do a few extra small things to my bike and he ended up charging me 40 more bucks. The best thing about Miami cycles is that I found a great mechanic that charges reasonable prices for the work he does, I will only let Mike look at my bike moving forward. I found Mike thanks to Yelp and all the amazing reviews he had received from his customers. Best decision I made. I had to wait a week for him to service my bike because the man is busy and I can se why. If you have to wait for him to work on your bike, WAIT.
