Just one comedy of errors after another. They did not listen to our concerns and needs, pushed to get us a new roof, which we did not need nor want (our roof was only 12 years new), they never followed through on what they would say they were going to do and me constantly calling them and chasing them was just mentally draining. At the end of the day they never remedied what we initially called them for because when the insurance adjuster showed up they screwed that up also. All empty promises! From what I was able to tell this company is operating with a skeleton crew and everyone is being spread very thin! Beware.

I called Eric because his crew was terrific with my garage gutters. I was at the end of his waiting list, but the job only took 1 1/2 days once my turn came. I needed completely new fascia, soffets, 6 inch downspouts and gutters. The extra half day was because his crew needed to rebuild the roof and fascia board to actually do the work. He also installed a top-of-the-line gutter guard for me. Most importantly , his team positioned all the new down spouts at least 10 feet away from my house -the way I had asked. Thank God, Eric and his team knew what they were doing. My house now looks wonderful, and it is completely water tight. Thank you for the terrific job.

We understood that working with insurance companies can be a lengthy and complex process, and we approached the situation with patience. However, our experience with EDP Construction's support staff was marked by ongoing communication issues and unmet commitments. When we reached out for updates on scheduling or next steps, we were frequently told, "I don't have an answer for you now, but I'll get back to you either way by [Monday]." Unfortunately, we never received follow-up on any of the dates they provided--this happened consistently. As of today, July 29, we are still waiting for the warranty and labor/material paperwork that was promised to be mailed to us. We were told on July 10 it would be sent, another promised on the 14th, then again on the 18th, and again on the 24th. This pattern has continued without resolution. I also requested to speak directly with the owner, Ector Di Paolo, and asked to leave him a voicemail. I was told he was out of the country for two weeks and that messages can be provided to him by staff. Throughout the past year, the office staff has apologized many times, but the core issue remains: expectations were set and not met. We were repeatedly given timelines and assurances that were not followed through on, and we've had to continually follow up ourselves to get information that was promised. Based on our experience, I would not recommend working with this company at this time.
