The professionals on the team keep my grass mowed, fed, and treated for weeds, keep my shrubbery trimmed, and my gutters clear. In the fall and spring they will do a full cleanup, getting rid of all the leaves and dead plants or raking up and reseeding after the snow melts. In the winter Derek is great about emailing snowplow updates and it's so reassuring to know I never have to worry about coming home from a trip only to find a foot of snow in my driveway. These guys work around the clock during big storms to ensure everyone has access even in a blizzard. I couldn't be happier with their service!

I was surprised to receive an…read moreemail essentially stating the snow would melt eventually & they were glad because they needed to finish fall cleaning projects. The company clearly states if you have a concern let them know. I sent a message indicating we still had snow and needed it removed. We have an elderly women that comes to our house daily & I was concerned for her safety. The owner proceeded to argue and imply I was lying and told me to review the terms & conditions. I'm very familiar with contracts since I manage the contracting process for a fortune 5 company. Needless to say, I removed the snow. We had a similar experience the next snow. The company did eventually show about a day after the snow fall & the sidewalks were not clear of snow. Again, I reached out and sent a picture indicating my concern for the safety of people using our sidewalk & walks. Again he implied I was lying. At this point, I concluded I would need to do the sidewalks myself moving forward. Understandably, sometimes due to timing snow can't be removed at the best time. At this point, I was told he would refund me. I was refunded but the next day they charged the full amount AGAIN without consent. I reached out with proof asking why this occurred. I was basically told it had been refunded and there wasn't an issue. When I checked in again they acknowledged I was charged again & would be refunded. The refund is not showing on my account and I'm hopeful it is processing. I switched to 'Quality Seasons' for the 1 inch snow trigger and should have stayed with the reliable service we have had for years. If you want to be called a liar, pay a ton of money & remove the snow yourself hire this company. I have never experienced this type of horrible service before.

We had a mess to clean up from storm damage! Our MIL's tree had 2 large limbs snap off during a…read morebad storm. 1 went West into the neighbor's yard and smashed a section of fence. The other went North breaking another neighbor's fence, clipping their garage and smashing a section of rain gutter. Both limbs were 12 " in diameter from the break and 40-50 ft long. Arbor Barber had been on our block previously doing some work for a neighbor and they did a great job. I gave them a call and Tim, the head guy, was able to stop by that afternoon to assess the job and give us a bid. We were so happy to learn he could get it done the next day. The team arrived the next morning and knocked out the project before Noon. They had to remove the debris by hand as we didn't have any easy access for equipment. They were so respectful and tidy. The neighbor's yards looked as good as new, minus the damage to the fences. We highly Arbor Barber!

I called him at 6:40 am and not only did he answer his phone, said he would be out as soon as he could. Fast forward to 8:30am. He is here, trims up the mess and gets it off my neighbors tree. At 9:40 am his clean up crew arrives and does such a good job, I can hardly tell what a mess was there just a few hours before. Fastest service ever, great work, amazing clean up and for less than half of what I thought it would cost. He also quoted me a very reasonable fee to remove the tree in case it does not survive the damage. We hired him to trim our 2 trees in the front yard last year, and were very impressed. Today really blew me away. For those of you who had tree damage, or just need tree work done, I highly recommend this company.
