Six years ago D Bug installed a french drain and sump pump in my middle basement ( I have a very…read moreold house...cinder block) and the guys did a phenomenal job....today, because of the constant hard rains, I had to have French drains installed in my front basement. Let me tell you those guys are FAST! They made sure I had little dust to clean up by putting plastic up on both sides of my middle basement and stairway to kitchen! The front french drain is now connected to my sump pump in middle basement AND I got a grated drain in front basement. That's because I have a coal chute and my fuel oil tank is right under it. I've had water leaking from that chute for years. I also had a drain installed on the exterior wall of the house to keep water from coming in through the coal chute. I am so pleased with the work the guys did!!!! Can't remember all the names (sorry), but Thanks to Chuck!!!! You came through for me....and Rodney, George and Sean (or Shawn??,). I filled out a quote request on D-Bug's website to exterminate the bees and received a call the same day. The price was given up front (no added fees). A technician, Larry, was scheduled to come out within days. He arrived even earlier than the time window and was very friendly and courteous. He treated the nest and also walked around our house looking for any other issues. He removed two small hornet nests I didn't even know were there! Before leaving, he told me what to expect next and that any other treatments needed to take care of the ground bees would be covered. Thankfully, that was the end of the bee issue. Never called or reached out except for today when they called wanted to charge another $75 to come back to check the traps. Said the additional price was because the "warranty" was only for 30 days. Do not use these people, they are not reputable.
