The call center took all my information and scheduled a whole-house inspection for me. The technician was supposed to arrive at 1pm, and when no one showed up or texted I called back. The local representative said they didn't have me on the roster, but saw in the notes that an appointment had indeed been scheduled. She put me on hold, and then came back on the line to say someone was on their way. That was 3 hours ago. I just called back a third time and asked to speak with a manager, who is of course not there. Please don't use them- it isn't worth your time.

The problem is in the service that schedules appointments. They call via to set up appointments but do not leave a message, so I often miss the appointment. The technician will then spray only outside my home unless I call him to reschedule. This could be solved with a simple voicemail, but they refuse to fix this simple issue. Their service is too expensive to expect me to have to make a bunch of calls each time they come out. When you call customer service, they could care less.

Never received my 3rd application. Tried reaching his phone number only to get message saying his answering service down and to email him. That's been like that 2 months now. Sent him at least 10 emails and still no reply. Been trying for 2 months to reach him. My advice if you're going to use this company. Pay after you get your service. Guess he thinks nothing about taking people's money and not working for it.
