This has to do with the shady billing practices. You are billed on a quarterly payment structure you are promised unlimited times they will come out to solve your problem... So quarterly billing every 3 months around 90 days that's where the mystery comes in. See what they do is 14 days before your bill is due when you call in for a service they say oh you have an apt booked we can move that appointment for you. They move your apt to 13 days in advance and charge you 13 days early which is theft of service if you are being charged 14 days earlier every billing cycle you lose out on 2 months of service that you pay for a year. These people tried to tell me is as wrong first had to connect with a manager which I had all my dates written down than they started talking bad about me bc they thought they were on mute lol I let them say what they had to say and also let them know they weren't on mute... Paid for a service that doesn't work that tries to change your billing without your knowledge and makes it almost impossible to schedule services... I'll pass bye girl

Nope. Called again and was on hold for over an hour before we hung up. If you want to waste your day, this is a good way to do it. If you have things to do and want a company that keeps appointments, this is not the one to call.
