Took him 3 days to come out to do a 3 hr job and when we got home everything was still left there. My husband had to make multiple calls to him to ask why the job wasn't completed. He said he didn't have equipment & would have to subcontract it to another company. I heard him screaming at my husband over the phone when my husband called him on how unacceptable this was. This man is the most unprofessional man I have ever dealt with in my life! I honestly do not know how he can run a business with poor peoples kills, unprofessionalism , and lack of working equipment!!! He subcontracted it to Beaver Tree service and told them to only do a portion of what our estimate was for. Therefore it took more calls and a total of a week to get a 30 min job done. I wouldn't call this man to do anything , just call Beaver Tree Service yourself! They do their job & do it well if they are not told what to do by Bob's.
