I finally contacted Angie's list to take him off their options for wildlife control. Soon after he actually did contact me and remove the trap. He was supposed to cap the chimney however he said he was unable to complete the job and gave me my refund. It was a very strange interaction. within 24 hours, there were maggots crawling out of my fireplace. Needless to say he would not respond to any of my phone calls regarding that issue. I had to call out a company ASAP because I soon found out there was a dead raccoon in my chimney.. Do not call this company to do work. Save yourself the headache and a lot of your personal time.
