There were different people working the desk, and not the two I am most familiar with (The guy that looks like "Wolverine," and the nice woman). Not sure if they moved on or not, but I liked them. I recently brought my truck in for an inspection, and I needed some work done to get it passed. It took a few days to get everything fixed. Thankfully they gave me a loaner car, which really helped. After passing inspection, I noticed a few days later when it started to rain, that my windshield wiper blade was torn. It was in good working order prior to entering the shop. Usually I receive a text after a service asking me if things were to my satisfaction, and I was going to tell them about my wiper blade then, but no text ever came. More than likely, I will still come here for tires/alignment/etc., but not sure if I wanna come back for inspection/service. P.S. In my original review, I mentioned Campiti's Pizza was within walking distance, and sadly, they have gone out of business. There is a Mexican Restaurant nearby that you can walk to, and a Sheetz for something to eat/do while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. Half a Cheer!!!

The tire we bought had a slow leak , so the next day we bought it back. This time we just wanted that tire replaced. Our car had tire locks on them. They stripped the tire lock and the tire key and replaced the leaking tire with another leaking tire. We had to set a date with the Jaguar dealership to get the tire locks stripped off our car. The soonest date they had was two weeks out my tire was flat the day after they replaced it. So for two weeks we had to call Ubers to get around. That costed us hundreds of dollars. Then Two weeks later my husband paid $160 to get towed to jaguar and paid $100 to get the tire locks off . Afterwards we went back to Champ tire and we got a rude attitude but in there defense we got reimbursed $140 for the tire lock and a tire. I recommend that no one goes through what we did

Bought my tires on line from giga-tires.com (best pricing even when you add in the shipping costs,…read moreand very easy website to use). Weirton Tire was one of the local recommended installers near where my son was going to college. He and his mom were driving his car back from Ohio (to CA) and he needed a new set of tires. To complicate matters we bought a replacement rim because one of the rims on his car had a crack in it. So they needed to swap out the bad rim. My son had never dealt with getting work done on his car so he was a bit anxious (kids today aren't great communicators unless it is with other gamers on line). He raved about his experience here (WTAC). They were very courteous, professional and friendly. They disposed of the old tires and the damaged rim, at no additional cost than the standard installer cost I paid for at the time of purchase. Very cool that they took such good care of a nervous kid to the point where he couldn't say enough good things about his experience. Happy to give a rave review because you earned it. Great job guys.

I showed up shortly after 8 on a Monday and they were already busy. Several people were in the waiting area/lobby and two were ahead of me in line. The staff worked quickly to get through every customer and in a friendly and professional manner. You can tell the owners really make an effort to be personable and make connections with their customers. My inspection lasted about 35 minutes and unfortunately I didn't pass. They explained every detail to me and called me later to provide a quote for the service. It seemed like the prices for parts and labor were fair. They were upfront with me when I asked a series of clarifying questions and helpful in determining the best path to take. I'll certainly be a repeat customer. Note: they do have dogs in the lobby/waiting area. So, if you're allergic or not fond of them, maybe find a different mechanic.
