They were called me to explain that the sensor was no problem but a minimum of 2 parts of the AC unit needed replaced, and if we wanted that fixed ever... they'd need to be done no matter what, which was expected. Long story short, they fixed everything and more for a price we felt was very fair based on other estimated we had received. My next door neighbor just had the same problem with his E500 and when the tow company(not Garzonys) pulled the car on to the flat bed, contact with the ground ripped off the front clip including the front bumper cover.
