However, as soon as I left the shop, they removed the tires and never put air back in them. My car has Run-Flat tires, which can be damaged very easily when driven without proper air pressure. Thank God I turned around quickly. I had not washed my car until today, September 30th, and that's when I noticed that one of the tires was missing one of the special Mercedes-Benz wheel-lock nuts. I immediately went back to the shop to explain what had happened and ask where the missing lug nut was. The owner--I don't know his name--was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help me resolve the issue, he simply told me that he would "see if he could help me." The special lug nut was never found. Instead, he gave me a generic replacement that was not even remotely the correct Mercedes-Benz part. I would NEVER recommend this place. They do not respect their customers, and their employees are not careful when removing or reinstalling wheels. NEVER GO THERE.

Each time, I was given a different excuse as to why they could not perform the service. Eventually, I was told to call back on Thursday to schedule for Friday -- which I did exactly as instructed. When I called back, they again asked for my vehicle's make and year. At that point, I was told the promotional deal only applied to vehicles 2015 and newer. This restriction was never mentioned during any of my previous calls, nor is it stated anywhere in the advertised description. To introduce new conditions at the last minute is dishonest and completely unacceptable -- especially for something as routine as an oil change. Despite the red flags, I proceeded with the service. When I returned home, I checked the oil level because by that point I had zero confidence in the quality of their work. The oil level was nearly a full inch above the maximum fill line. Overfilling engine oil is not a minor mistake -- it can cause serious damage to an engine. This level of negligence is alarming. The owner was busy talking on his phone throughout the service, and it is clear he either failed to properly check the oil level afterward or could not be bothered to correct it. Either explanation is unacceptable. Had I not double-checked their work, my engine could have suffered significant damage. That is not just poor service -- it is reckless. I strongly urge others to think carefully before trusting this business with their vehicle.

If your car takes more than the standard 5 quarts then you pay more than $30 but still less than anywhere else. They'll also do an full inspection of your vehicle and notify you of any recommended repairs and prices are fair, the only downside of this place is that they don't let you keep the printout of suggested repairs. I understand that it's not a paid diagnostic so if they don't want to send out their quotes out with you that's alright (though everywhere else does), but they should provide a printout without the prices so that you can come back and do repairs in parts if you can't afford to do them all at once. Other than that, the service and communication here is exceptional the waiting area is nice with coffee, water, and other refreshments. Will definitely keep coming back!
