I paid $70 for a haircut and beard service, and I genuinely feel like I wasted my money. The beard trim, which cost $30, lasted no more than two minutes and looked like almost no work had been done. The entire appointment felt rushed, careless, and completely lacking in attention to detail. I don't mind paying premium prices when the quality, professionalism, and customer experience justify it. Unfortunately, none of those were present here. Instead, I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and regretting my decision to give this place a chance. With how difficult the economy is today, customers deserve businesses that appreciate their support and take pride in their work. Based on my experience, this barbershop fell far short of that standard. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone, and I will not be returning. I have never been treated so badly by any business in all my life. I showed up with my wife (who happens to be Muslim) two hours before closing. I had called first to make sure they could fit me in. I was told on the phone that it was no problem but when I showed up, the barber (who is Jewish) took one look at my wife and told us that they were closing early so they couldn't cut my hair. When I told him that I was the one who had just called, he told me that he had said over the phone that we were closing and that I shouldn't have come. I didn't understand and didn't want to argue so we left. The next day, I show up by myself and another, younger barber begins to cut my hair. I told him I only needed a few inches off for work and asked that he use only scissors on my hair. Half way through my haircut, the owner shows up and tells the barber to talk to him. When he returns, he begins using an electric razor, even though I asked him to use scissors. He tells me that he has another client coming in so he needed to hurry. He proceeds to give me a buzz cut but before he could finish I tell him to stop and ask for the manager. The manager refuses to give me a refund even though I told him specifically I did not want a buzz cut. I never once raised my voice to him but he proceeds to shout at me and insult me. I told him I would be reporting him to the Better Business Beaureu and he responds by telling me to "go home to your whore wife." Don't waste your money on these racist turds. I found out later that the barbers are brothers and are Jewish. read more

Visited on September 11th. I've been getting the same taper haircut for over 15 years -- sometimes high, sometimes low, sometimes skin, sometimes a #1 -- always with the top and sides kept the same length and the front lined up squared to help my hairline. I switched from fades a long time ago because I don't like them, and every barber I've gone to has understood this cut immediately. When I arrived, the barber had an attitude from the start. When he asked what haircut I wanted, he began explaining what a fade was and how people mix it up. I told him clearly that I knew the difference and that I wanted a taper, not a fade. Even after that, he kept going like I didn't know what I was talking about, which felt dismissive and unnecessary. I also asked if he could do my beard and he said it would be $60, which is more than I've ever paid for a haircut, but I agreed. The haircut itself was rushed and sloppy. He left long hairs everywhere, didn't line up the front, didn't razor anything, and still gave me a fade instead of the taper I asked for. Nothing about the cut matched what I requested or what I've consistently gotten for years. Overall, the experience was confrontational, unprofessional, and overpriced. First time at this barber shop and first thing you notice is the positive environment these guys bring. All of them are professional and I could see they did an excellent job with each customer as I waited my turn. Mark was the barber that cut my hair and did a phenomenal job. These guys pay so much attention to detail the end result is amazing for a very reasonable price. Came back later that day with my son and the same awesome environment and results. One thing I noticed different the stood out was that they actually have mirrors on the wall in front of you where you can actually see exactly what they are doing. There are some pretty good restaurants adjacent to the shop so you can cut your hair and eat in one stop. Highly recommended. read more

I have been getting my hair cut by Mark at ProStyles Barbershop since they opened. As a few have mentioned it may take a few extra minutes but they always know what I want and I never walk out disappointed or with a tilted Flat Top like I have at other places only to go home disappointed and shave it all off. If you want a quick cheap in and out go to Great Clips or someplace like that. If you want the professional old-fashioned attention to detail then THIS is the place you want to go to. I would not trust my hair to anyone other than Mark and Michael at ProStyles Barbershop... Not even myself! read more

This haircut doesn't represent everyone that cuts hair at this location because the first haircut I received here was amazing. Mark just clearly doesn't know how to cut hair at all and it shows.
