I spent 8 weeks of hell losing my breasts and called there due to being in network with my insurance. They won't be long as I filed a formal grievance. She began stating how unporportioned I was she did not want my friend in the room. She kept leaving and gave me a dirty pink robe to wear to see if her food arrived and ups. She has No prosthetics available and then told me that her front office lady should never scheduled me and I lost it . I told her then you should have called me! Don't worry lady after you were yelling at me out the door stay positive and have hope I stayed positive for no other woman to ever step foot in your shop again! I will be an advocate for others and your less than par treatment! Enjoy your lunch and may you sleep at night knowing how much you affected someone. I walked in to purchase some metatarsal pads. I was helped within minutes. I ended up with custom orthotic inserts that will work in any of my shoes. The lady that was helping me was very kind and understanding, and helpful. She came up with a solution that is working much better than over-the -counter inserts. They have a fabulous selection of specialty footwear, and the prices are consistent with other stores. My only problem is I only got one set of the custom inserts!

I had to wait over an hour to pick up one prescription that was already 4 hrs late / passed the original pick up time. After waiting a hour, I learned that a printer problem ceased all ability to continue checking out my prescription. I have yet to receive my prescription after placing the refill a day early, having it 4 hrs late, waiting a hour physically, and finally leaving empty handed because their printers broke. Very unprofessional and needs to be addressed.

The doctors there also dangerously told me to just stop my med without tapering off of it, and then lied to my regular doctor, telling him that they had told me how to get off of it. Frankly, they don't inspire me to say anything good about them, so I'll stop now. I really do hope they fix their communications issues and how they give medication information before they hurt someone.
