This place is ok. From my experience They have a lot of substitutes so there's not a lot of…read moreconsistency in the way the classes are taught since each coach does it differently. I found that a lot of the times they start 2-3 minutes later than scheduled and end a couple minutes earlier so a 45 min class ends up being 35...my daughter has been at other gymnastics classes before and she enjoyed them a lot more. Idk if it's bc this is a huge gym w lots of kids but she just didn't seem to enjoy the classes so I ended up pulling her out.

This gym is ok. A few takeaways from our experience. Things…read morethat could use a bit of tweeking / improvement 1. All staff where the same colored shirts on the same day, so there is an identifiable uniform. Just as cheer wears a certian uniform, socks, shoes, bows etc. So they can be identified and show as a team. (Have different shirts for customers to buy vs the same as staff) 2. *Consistency* in how a class is taught when you have multiple instructors (different one each week) is key for many! (Example: warm up the same, next exercise/apparatuse the same and how the present, explain and demonstrate, and so on) -When there is so much variation students tend to get confused. 3. Show the student how to do the exercise, do not just mark it, as many do not have an idea. Example Cartwheel - show a cartwheel, explain a cartwheel, then help student do cartwheel (just like you do a routine marked or full out, show full out!) 4. When classes are going on, random gym kids are wondering the floor and getting in the way of others. This is a safety hazard and rude to the ones participating in a class. 5. Staff should not be allowed phone use (or even on the mat) during a teaching of a class. 6. Staff greets as one walks in, Hospitality goes a long way in a competitive market (vs talking to friends) Overall kids enjoyed, instructors are nice, however had no big take aways or building on skills. We will be looking for another gym to try.

My daughter was on team , we were initially looking at the USAG program and we made the decision to enroll into the TAAF program due to scheduling. They were very informative in helping us get settled into the gym as well understanding the difference in each team program and what to expect. The Coaches ( Princetta, Katie, Mary and Stephanie ) are amazing , no yelling , always being positive and encouraging to help build confidence in the gymnasts. It says a lot when other Coaches take the time to acknowledge and give corrections and offer support to a gymnast who is not necessarily under their own instruction and group on several occasions ( my daughter was spotted by Rick and Kadence on uneven bars ) . Anytime I have called or stood at the front desk Ms. Lori and Adrian were very helpful and welcoming . They were always eager to assist and make sure I had a good understanding when I had questions. They also would double check any payments or team fees when I had to update my records during meet season. They helped walk me through a blind access to my account and never passed any judgment for not being tech savvy. As far as the gym it is a very uniform and structured facility. If the gymnast are are on the uneven bars / balance beam they are able to see themselves on a tv screen to be able to see form and visualize the error / correction. A larger gym would be ideal somedays it may seam a little over crowded ( prior to COVID -19) . You have the ability to watch practice or drop off. As far as Beckie and Kurt they always made themselves accessible to any parents who had any questions or concerns . They gym has done a phenomenal job of insuring the gymnast safety. I would highly recommend this gym- KT STRONG!

After my home CrossFit gym closed down, I tried out multiple CrossFit gyms in the area. I found…read morethat many other gyms lacked the traditional CrossFit programming, community and atmosphere I was looking for. However, with Sanctum CrossFit, I feel like I have finally found my new home! Sanctum CrossFit is the best, most welcoming and supportive CrossFit gym in the Prosper area and North Dallas suburbs. I have had the chance to work out here a couple of weeks and I have enjoyed the programming, coaching, community and the gym environment itself. The coaches are hands-on, knowledgable, encouraging, and CrossFitters themselves. They have coached me through strength, conditioning, gymnastics, and more. The CrossFit programming is also the traditional WODs you would see at a CrossFit affiliate gym. For example, here at Sanctum they work through strength cycles, different skills, short and longer workouts, and even partner WODs on Saturdays. They are encouraging of their athletes competing in local competitions as well! The gym itself is large with two sides, one side being an open gym and also utilized for youth classes sometimes. The gym is accommodating to large class sizes, but that doesn't take away from the community feel you get when you workout with the group. I have throughly enjoyed working out with every person and coach I've met here so far. I appreciate all of their encouragement and support, there is nothing better than getting through a challenging workout together! Ultimately, Sanctum CrossFit has checked every box for me as an experienced CrossFitter. So, whether you are looking for a new gym, want to drop-in from out of town, or even if you are brand new to CrossFit and want to give it a try, Sanctum CrossFit is the place to be!
