He would tell me they would come to the house to complete the work and would never even show up. I will never refer them to anyone , nor will I ever use their business again.

In the past we've agonized over finding a new contractor or handyman who not only did good work but didn't hit us with questionable or surprise charges, but from the time we first found Eric's business profile on Facebook with examples of his gorgeous tile work and had him redo our bathroom floor, we haven't needed to find anyone else. He has redone the tile in both our bathrooms and our shower (looks absolutely amazing and we are SO pleased with it!), installed toilets, bathroom vanities, painted our hallway and bedrooms, and helped us switch out a ceiling fan with a ceiling-flush fixture with multiple lighting settings, and installed a new mailbox (w/post). We gave him a key to go into the house while we were out of town to install a cover plate for an empty outlet box; he fit it in on short notice so the listing photos for our house would look good. Not only has he done great work on everything, but he's a clear and kind communicator. In the past I've had contractors be very short with me and make me feel foolish for asking detailed questions about aspects of the work we're having done (not great for my anxiety), but Eric has always been extremely gracious and patient. He broke down the process of how the tiling job would go when I asked, he's shown me the most efficient way to patch nail holes and use tools properly, and during the first job we hired him for (as I was just getting comfortable with power tools and DIY projects) he took the time to show me how to properly (and safely) replace the blade on my miter saw! To boot, he's good with our large dogs which is a big deal for us having had many fosters and adopted a few rescues of our own. We can't recommend Eric and his work highly enough. Quality, fair prices, good communication, and trustworthy! Once you hire him for a job, you'll never need to look elsewhere for handyman work and tiling.

They came and removed the old lawn (which was more dollar grass than lawn). They placed earth in the low spots, the next day they had pallets of sod delivered and immediately began installation. They moved sprinkler heads where needed, added extra heads to ensure the entire area was getting watered. Before they started work, we decided to have our 20 year old timer box replaced and now I can operate the watering from my cell phone. I doubt if Yelp allows me enough characters to type out all of the great things that I have to say…read moreabout my experience with Paradise Outdoors. I had an old school, manual control irrigation system with a broken pump that had not been functioning since I purchased the house. I knew that several heads were broken and suspected several broken pipes underground. I called Kenny and he answered right away and came out the next day to diagnose and give me a quote. We decided to replace the pump and upgrade to a digital system. Kenny's team showed up a few days later and completed the pump install and digital conversion in just a few hours. After that was done, they powered it on and the fun began. They were able to quickly detect line breaks and repaired them with essentially zero damage to my recently laid sod. Kenny and his team helped me to determine which heads needed replacing and calibrated each one to ensure proper coverage. I no longer have to drag a hose and sprinkler around my entire lawn, but rather I can click a button on my phone app and watch the water show begin. Even better yet, I can let the system decide for itself when to water because of the automated program that Kenny set up that is based on weather conditions and previous rainfall amounts. Also, because of the pump, the water is "free" and no longer coming from the city water spigot attached to my house. My experience with Paradise Outdoors is probably the best experience I have ever had, with any contractor that I have ever hired to do any type of work, in three different homes/three different states over the past 20 years.
