We were extremely disappointed to discover that this restaurant was not wheelchair accessible. We…read morearrived intending to dine here, but the entrance required going down stairs into the establishment, and there was no ramp or wheelchair lift available. Because a member of our party uses a wheelchair, we literally could not enter the restaurant. We weren't choosing not to eat here--we were physically unable to get inside. As an afterthought, we were offered the option of sitting outside. However, that did not resolve the accessibility issue. If someone in our party needed to use the restroom, what were they supposed to do? In 2026, it is incredibly frustrating and upsetting to arrive at a business and find that someone with a disability cannot even access the entrance or restroom. Accessibility matters not only to the person using the wheelchair but also to the family and friends dining with them. Unfortunately, we can't comment on the food or service because the lack of wheelchair access prevented our entire party from dining here. I sincerely hope the owners address this issue so that other families don't arrive expecting to enjoy a meal together, only to discover that one member of their party cannot get inside or use the facilities.
