It has been 7 weeks and they still have not corrected their error. They are giving our contractor the run around and we are not able to complete our project until they fix their error. Our contractor has hounded them and it is my understanding that we are scheduled for this Wednesday. If that does not happen, I am considering legal action although I am not a litigious person in nature. At this point I don't know what other recourse we have.

Initially, we did have an issue with our backsplash getting installed. The installers made them very crooked and uneven. After we mentioned it, Maranatha came back out to inspect it and they agreed with us 100%. Maranatha ended up replacing our backsplash and hired the right installers to do the job and it looks amazing! Overall, the staff is very professional. Their showroom is great with options that you can easily envision in your own home. We love our new faucet and our countertops made our kitchen very modern. They take your kitchen and customer service really seriously here and I'm really happy I chose Maranatha to do my kitchen. I recommend no other place but Maranatha.

I was impressed with the entire staff but was mostly impressed with the precision used by the two guys on the cutting table. Both of them have red beards but it was obvious that the older cutter was able to grow a much better looking beard. Plus the amount of knowledge the older cutter has about glass is just completely mind blowing so this is where I will be doing all of my glass business in the future and I think you should too. I really thought they did a good job other than putting flooring over a vent, not fixing under a double door, not leveling in sone areas when they had agreed to do all of that plus they charged to move furniture n moved my Granite kitchen Island n put it outside wrapped up in plastic, due to fact that it weighed so much we were unable to move it bk inside, my island was destroyed n the granite broke in three places, so I with held the final 2000 payment, my granite top was 41x52 inches n cost more than 2000, I'm being threatened with a work lein, plus HRS billed me for 1,600 to refer their own busisness to me!
