We had used Pro Source for our needs when renovating our kitchen 5 years ago…read more We loved our experience then, so when we were able to redo our master bathroom, we naturally went back to them. This time we started from scratch, new everything. I was so excited to get a completely new bathroom after 23 years of using the outdated one. The designer was a joy to work with and seemed to know what she was doing. I loved her design suggestions - but word of caution. Double check every single measurement - every single time you talk. Make the designer actually come out and physically do the measurement herself. Don't assume that she has the numbers right - even when you have given her the blue prints of your project with every measurement listed exactly. The problems began when she designed a beautiful vanity with a middle countertop cabinet between the sinks. My husband checked the measurements and realized she had made the vanity too long for the space we had. She adjusted the measurements on the bottom cabinets to fit our space, but obviously did not change the measurement of the countertop cabinet. The design picture looked beautiful, so we never thought about it not being adjusted to fit the smaller space. When it was finally put on, the cabinet was right on top of the two sinks. The lights and mirrors would have to be off-centered to fit in the space. And to make things worse, the designer, manager, and the owners would not do anything to compensate us for THEIR mistake. Other areas that were problems were 1. the beauty desk had to be redone by our carpenters because the sitting area would have required you stand and put makeup on. It was not lowered to a chair height. 2. At least $1,000 worth of extra tile (unopened boxes) were not used - and Pro Source would not take back or pay us for the extra that the designer once again over measured for. 3. The quartz people that they use took 1 month to get our material in-from measurement to installation. This caused delays to us and our workmen, meaning our contractor was out money waiting on materials. Due to these issues, this projected one month remodel took three months to finish. 4. When the quartz people finally came and were putting in the sinks, the size sinks that the designer had us buy was too large and we had to scramble to get smaller sinks. Again a measurement problem. 5. As mentioned above, the countertop cabinet did not fit our area and Pro Source says that 'we elected' not to use it and would not help us out at all. 6. To complete our countertop cabinet and the over the commode cabinet, I asked for crown molding - just a normal size. In the picture, it looked pretty. When the carpenter added the crown molding, it was double wide and almost hit our 9 foot ceilings. We had it removed. Another measurement issue. More wasted money!! As my contractor said, the Pro Source designer was putting all the bells and whistles on and doing the most expensive style that she could - to get her commission. I do not usually leave bad reviews - but I just want to warn people about the BAD EXPERIENCE we had and the thousands of dollars that we are out because we trusted their work, and their designer. We are so disappointed that the company would not compensate us AT ALL for their mistakes. Even our experienced contractor went to talk to them to say how we should be reimbursed in some way. He had never seen so many design problems. But in the end, they did nothing and we are out so much money. Habitat for Humanity will be getting some top of the line materials to enhance someone's home.

Maranatha installed our countertops incorrectly on April 30th. We have the paperwork showing they…read morewere to install our sink as an undermount. It has been 7 weeks and they still have not corrected their error. They are giving our contractor the run around and we are not able to complete our project until they fix their error. Our contractor has hounded them and it is my understanding that we are scheduled for this Wednesday. If that does not happen, I am considering legal action although I am not a litigious person in nature. At this point I don't know what other recourse we have.

She looked at my wife's picture and decor style and made suggestions that were perfect. The measurement guy that came to the house was professionally and suggested overhangs that would give us some more counter space on the island and bar area. The installers were on time and prompt. They worked quickly and quietly. They even adjust one cabinet that had been installed wrong, when the house was built, so that all the granite would be level throughout the kitchen. My husband responded that we did and asked where the lamps were located. The employee pointed it out to us. Well, my husband and I didn't follow directions well because we ended walking pass the lamps. We were talking to each other about how we couldn't find the lamps when the employee from earlier walked up to us and said, "I noticed you didn't find the lamps. Let me walk you to the area." The employee proceed to walk us to the lamp area. They did not have what I was looking for, but I appreciate that gentleman for following through with making sure we were in the right area to look for what we wanted. Because of that great customer service, I would come back here to find something else I needed.

It has been a year since Bath Fitter installed the third tub and second set of surround walls (Jan…read more2025 with initial install in Oct 2024). I waited a year to post to provide an honest review. This overall is a disappointing product. I am very displeased with look and performance of the Bath Fitter tub. The install was not seamless and took almost four months. The company installed three bathtubs and two sets of walls. The first install was the best overall; however, the tub had damage and mismatched hardware (installer did point out the error and stated company would correct -- corrected with the third install). Install number two was the worst with excessive caulk, a tub cut too short, and the surround wall being cracked. Install number three included replacing the Bath Fitter tub and going over the first tub surround -- it looks like what it is, a reworked/repaired tub and surround. The tub has a low spot that holds water, the surround walls flex when being cleaned, and trim isn't straight and clean (removed and installed twice). There is so much caulk, that it holds water and forms pink mildew in a few days. Also had to have a service call after the third install because of water dripping in the wall -- issue was resolved quickly. Overall, it would have been more economical and quicker to have torn out and replaced the tub and surround. The reason Bath Fitter was hired was to quickly update the bathroom prior to the holidays. That didn't happen since the first install was in October and the final install was completed in January. Additionally, original plans were to update other bathrooms with this product, but that is not going to happen. Overall, I would not recommend this product. It would have been cheaper, quicker, and better looking to have torn out the original tub and surround and replaced.
