However, it appears that management does not take complaints seriously, and fails to follow up on drivers who have simply lost touch with reality and are living in a world of delusion. Bus drivers who conduct themselves without a shred of reason and intellect are allowed to remain on the job as the company cannot fill all of their open positions. It seems that though the vast majority of their drivers are excellent and carry themselves with a high and honorable level of dignity and professionalism, that certain bus drivers (Shakopee GG) are not able to put aside personal egos and a need for attention at work.
