We got an Uber to come over here, and we were delighted to see so many different Italian pizzas that they offered. I had heard of spaghetti bolognesa, but never in my life heard of bolognesa pizza. It must be an Italian thing because this restaurant has it. We were seated at one of the two sidewalk tables, and proceeded to order the regular bolognesa pizza. The menu indicated that it included their special tomato sauce, cheese, bolognesa sauce,,and onions. To me that sounded like a great combination. I'm happy to report that this restaurant does add the right amount of sauce, and you don't even need ketchup! It was a good portion, and we finished off most of the pizza. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

There were several well-dressed older gentlemen sitting together that looked very much at home. The dishes are classic Italian pastas and entrées with lots of choices. My husband got Pasta Bolognese and I ordered Spinach Cannelloni--both very good. We got a piece of lasagne to go for a midnight snack during our stay and it was delicious too! We went back a second night and we tried one of the unique polenta dishes they have created and it was super-yummy. We had a couple salads that were excellent as well. The staff was more than friendly and treated us well. All at a reasonable cost compared to the US.

The food was great, the spritz was wonderful and the added bonus was that this is apparently one of the few places where you can enjoy good butter in Mexico. Inside/ outside seating. Quiet street unless the recycle screamer is in the hood. Sports silently on multiple flat screens. Nice music at a very reasonable volume. Great for breakfast-lunch-dinner. Super casual, super friendly, very professional staff, and ALWAYS want to make the customer happy. They also make a great dry vodka martini now (see, want make the customer happy) We spent quality time together exploring ingredients (vermouth: yes. triple sec: no, to palpable disappointment from behind the bar) and methodology. The pizza is really good! It's thin crust, light and airy around the edges. Not drowned in sauce- right amount of cheese. Google translate "cook it well" and then ask for that to get browned crispy crust edges (almost) worthy of New Haven. Occasional random DJ who loves classic rock. I love this place. Especially now that vodka martinis (for me, anyway) do not contain juice or triple sec. And always come with aceitunas. Highly recommend.

When have you seen drinks poured table side from the type of liquor you ordered? Maybe that is a thing, but it isn't something I have seen before. The band was amazing, and the volume was perfect. Loud but not crazy so. You could still have a conversation with the service staff and the people around you and leave the place without your head ringing.
