This place is fun to walk around. There are plants, trees, some succulents I think, a few herbs,…read morethough not as many as I'd like; very few seeds and bulbs, and some rotting vegetables (well it's true) in the fridge with cheese, ice cream and other random fun stuff. They have jars of jam and salsa now too, and tilapia fry, and you can buy rock and gravel and dirt. The staff are super hardworking & whatever they're making, probably deserve a raise. A lot of the plants, maybe most actually, aren't priced; what is, has increased in price since we last came in. : ( Well, someone has to pay for those raises. : ) I wish their houseplant and tree selection was more inspired, but it seems right now they're more focused on the hydroponic lettuce side of things. They could sell more yard decorations, or pots and garden tools, as there's a huge unused indoor space, but maybe that's in the works. Tip: don't go on a very rainy day. They get flooded and you have to run to higher ground to save yourself. Tee hee. : ) Having said that, it is quite beautiful to visit on a slightly rainy day.

In the comments I clearly stated I had a tree removed and looking for someone to cut the trunks and split them into manageable pieces to I can stack them. Jeffrey Watson owner of Watson Tree Removal contacted me, one of his workers came out gave me an estimate of $250.00. I advised I had a manual splitter if you didn't have one, the worker said great. 4 days later the worker came back to start work, they were there for no more than 3 hrs. The worker came to the door and said "I hate to do this to you but I under estimated the job and its going to cost $450-$500 and I had to go rent a splitter and it cost me over $100.00 and I need to collect the $250.00 today and I will be back with the automatic splitter Friday (4weeks ago) and work thought the weekend to finish the job." I trusted this person gave the $250.00 cash to the worker. The next Friday March 26, 2021 Watson Tree Removal was to show up at my residence at 9:00am, at 12pm I called Watson Tree Removal and Jeffrey answered the phone and I asked if they were coming out as promised. Jeffrey said to me "Riley works a full time job and worked late last night and when he gets up I will have him call you" Friday came and went no one called or came over. Saturday March 27, 2021 I called Watson Tree Removal and conveniently my call went to voice mail. I did not hear anything from Watson Tree Removal until Monday March 29 @ 11:17am by text that states" Sorry for the late message I was in the hospital with my son I will get over there and get you done. I did not know you pre-paid the worker I will get this matter square away. (Typing exactly what Jeffrey Text me the way he spelled it). Now it's later in the week and I text Jeffrey Watson back and advised I did call Home Advisor and let Home Advisor know of what has not transpired with you not fulfilling your end of the business transaction. I advised in my text to Jeffrey that Jeffrey promised me he would be out on Thursday to finish the job and I will change my rating from 1 star to 5 star if he completes the job by April 1st as Jeffrey promised. Jeffrey's text response was "K" Thursday April 1 @ 12:05pm (Jeffrey was to be here at 9am this day) I sent a text asking him if he was coming by to complete the job of splitting the tree trunks. Text received from Jeffrey Watson "So sorry I haven't gotten back to you yet. I was unable to get a high power splitter today. I am scheduled to pick one up first thing tomorrow morning and will be there at 9." I text back ok thank you looking forward to have this project completed. Friday April 2 @ 7:28 am Jeffrey Watson text to me "What is your address I have lost it" I text back my address. Right there more red flags where flying. Jeffrey shows up @ 9am as promised with splitter in tow (same splitter as the 1st time they were here. My cameras showed the splitter being moved along the side of the house (the 1st time they were here). They walked into the back yard and my camera in the back picked up their voices and faces the male that came sated "Whole cow" the female stated "No wonder they didn't finish the job it's on a hill. The female comes to my door after locking the back gate and says to me "the side of your house is a nightmare, we can't get the splitter to the back yard." This was all captured on my nest camera voice and body. I replied really? The first time your workers were here you were able to get the splitter back there. The female had noting more to say just starred at me like a dear in headlights. Friday April 2 @ 12:27pm I text Jeffery and asked :will you be coming back today? If its easier to refund my money then that will be fine and I will find someone to complete the job. Please let me know what your intentions are. Friday April 2 @ 1:49pm Jeffrey Watson replied back "it will be Friday (next week) before I will be able to get the splitter." Wait a minute you were just at my house with the splitter and now it will be another week to bring back the same splitter you already had in tow...April 2 @1:52pm I text Jeffrey Watson I already placed in a formal complaint with Home Advisor. I have been very patient with your company. You can refund my money or deal with it through Home Advisor. Home advisor stated we can go through arbitration, I agreed filled out the papers, Home Advisor reached out tp Jeffrey Watson and Jeffrey stated he will not refund my money and refused arbitration.
