They never called an exterminating company to take care of the pest problems...they opted for walmart exterminating...$5 cans of roach bombs and sticky traps. We have had constant problems with our brand new building since purchasing. The roofs have all leaked due to improper installation (per multiple BBB rated roofers). The electrical was not installed to code. The paint has completely peeled off the entire building. As for the 'management' aspect of this company, don't believe a word you hear from David Elman's mouth. He's all talk and no follow through. He will promise to fix things and never actually do it. That's if you are lucky enough to get anyone from his office on the phone. All of the work in his buildings is fast and cheap. It's the equivalent of buying a condo from the Christmas Tree Shops. If I could go back in time I would never have purchased anything that he had touched. The building is crumbling into the ground and there is almost no amount of money that could pull it back from the brink. Take my advice WALK AWAY!! Oh, and he has twice declared bankruptcy because employees were embezelling money from him. That should tell you about his ability to manage anything!
