They do hosting for your Website and provide Outlook email addresses but no support during off hours or weekends. So if your business Website or email is down after hours or on the weekend - too bad. They have an email address that is supposed to have a "more rapid response", but that assumes the person responsible for checking email is doing so. As of today, I don't think they are because I am helping a family member with a (Realty) email service through PropertyMinder which is down - and so far no response. That is not acceptable for a realtor who does a lot of off hour and weekend transactions via email. Already debugged the issue with Microsoft Helpdesk and the issue is not with Microsoft email service. read more

This company solicited me to use their services. I signed up. I paid by the month (about $70.00 per month) for about a year for their services. I never had time to do the things they asked me to do to set up my site. As a result, my site never went live. This was my fault as I did not have the time or perhaps even the skills to do what they asked. This was not apparent when signing up. It was just too much of a time drain for me. So after a year of paying I asked to discontinue, knowing I would never have the time. Understanding that I received ZERO benefit from my association with them, I asked if they could either refund for some of the months I had already paid, or at least waive the 30-day notice provision and stop billing me. No such luck. They refused and were not at all responsive to my requests. I made three written requests for some relief and they never did a thing. I'm reviewing PropertyMinder because the first review on this site does not reflect the service and support that I have experienced and have come to expect from this company. Thus far, I have spoken with 2 individual sales agents, 1 sales manager and various member of the support team, most notably Dmitri and Brian. I have always received excellent support and non-pressuring sales pitches for classes and products. I am regularly amazed at how quick a response I get from their tech support department, both via email and phone. They are on it. As a Marketing Professional, with a web background, who works with several REALTOR clients, I have used many of PropertyMinder's competitors and I regularly recommend them to my REALTOR friends and new clients. Sure, there are some quirks with the web templates and the UI. But those quirks exist in all service offerings that are trying to make the web an easier place for busy professionals who are NOT web professionals. This a good Realtor website hosting company, if you want NO customer service. Once you are grounded with them, it will become almost impossible to leave. This is due to the fact that all your searches are saved through their site, and are not exportable (that I know of). It would take me 1,000 hours of legwork to get all my client info off this site, and onto a new one. They have made quite a few changes to their formats over the years to adapt to technology, which is great for an internet company, and for this I gave them 5 stars. They are not receptive to requests or needed changes, and I have had absolutely awful experiences talking with them of the phone, and for this I give them 1 star. I've been with propertyminder for over 15 years and paid $89 per month. Being a busy realtor, I didn't have time to use any of their tools. You have to do everything yourself and It's not easy to do anything with the website and. I got no leads through all these years. They're customer service is Horrible. I contacted them only a few times and each time they wanted to charge me extra $500 or more to do something for me. I DON'T recommnd them to anyone. Their CRM, calendare and drip campaign are the worse. They promised many times to update them and they didn't do it. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM to anyone! read more
