Being that I have plenty of business type of folk in my life, I'm not easily convinced when one makes such a bold statement. A little background, here. I was in need of a restaurant location, with very specific parameters. I worked with a large commercial brokerage that kept affirming that I would get two properties for two stores. I waited 1.5 years of back and forth with them until they finally broke the news that the offer didn't go through. And then, I attend this event shortly and met Jason. I gave him the details and then within 2.5 weeks I signed the lease. 2.5 weeks after 1.5 years of waiting. How did he do this? While in the waiting room for the birth of his child (a lot of nervous hours), he thought about the urgency of my needs and called the Landlord to talk about the lease and make sure to complete the deal. This is beyond professional. I did not ask him to do this. He is that caring for each client that he takes on. I know this isn't always the case for every client out there. But Jason is not out there to get the largest chunk of cash from his clients. He only works with clients that would make sense and the properties that would fit. Even more so, his team went and did the research and he offered some suggestions for the property that would make it a successful business opportunity. If you want more details of my experience, you can personally message me here. I will take the time out and tell you how awesome it was because he was that caring for me and it's the least I can do. Thank you so much, Jason. This location is ridiculously amazing!

He is honest, reliable, hard-working, very knowledgeable and always available to answer my calls. Jason even dealt with the tenant while the property was on the market and in escrow. I didn't have to do a thing. Jason always kept my attorney and I updated on everything that came up. I could go on and on about him because he is fantastic! He always had time for me when I called, and he was never in a hurry to get me off the phone. Jason is quite knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. One of the best things I've done in a long time is finding Jason. Thank you, Jason, for such a great experience selling my property.

We first met Liz in September 2025, and from the very beginning, we were incredibly impressed. What immediately set her apart was her approach to pricing the home. Rather than relying solely on neighborhood comps like most agents, she used a sophisticated valuation system that factored in the home's condition, upgrades, and improvements over time. She walked us through how the software evaluated renovations such as kitchen and bathroom updates, roofing projects, and other investments by considering when the work was completed, what was spent, and the local return on investment. It was fascinating to see such a detailed and thoughtful approach to determining the home's true market value. During that first meeting, Liz also took the time to thoroughly explain the market conditions and discuss the best timing for listing the property to maximize its value. She confidently told us that once listed, the home would likely sell within three to four weeks. After months of preparing the house, which included cleaning out more than 50 years of memories and belongings, we finally listed the property in April 2026. Throughout the entire process, Liz provided exceptional guidance every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushy. She always presented us with information and options, allowing us to make informed decisions while trusting her expertise. That trust paid off. Just as she predicted, we received multiple offers and sold the home within three weeks! Liz exceeded every expectation we had. She made what could have been an overwhelming and emotional experience feel smooth, peaceful, and manageable during a very stressful and heartbreaking time for our family. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication are truly unmatched. Elizabeth Do is a gift, both in her work ethic and in her humanity. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Liz, you are truly the GOAT!

We had actually tried to sell our Fullerton condo the year before with a different agent, but it never sold. The experience with Charles was completely different. He put a lot of effort into marketing the property and getting people through the door. He held open houses every weekend, and we would even spot signs advertising our condo's open house that he had personally put up in the Costco parking lot about a mile away. That really showed us how much effort he was putting into getting visibility for our property. He was also very diligent about following up with prospective buyers and their agents. We especially appreciated how thoughtful he was when it came to pricing. He never pushed us to lower the price just to make a quick sale. Whenever we discussed a price adjustment, he took the time to explain whether he thought it was actually necessary and why. We always felt like he was looking out for our interests and treating the sale like it was his own investment. He put the same level of effort into helping us buy our home in Irvine. For every showing, Charles would get there about 30 minutes before us, turn on all the lights, walk through the property, and look for anything that might be an issue. By the time we arrived, he was ready to walk us through the house and point out things we might not have noticed ourselves. Another big plus is that Charles is truly fluent in both Korean and English. We have worked with and met plenty of agents who are more comfortable in one language than the other, so having someone who communicates naturally and professionally in both was incredibly helpful. Charles is honest, hardworking, responsive, and genuinely puts his clients' interests first. We would highly recommend him and would absolutely work with him again in the future.

To keep this review from being too lengthy, I'm going to bullet point some of the examples: Service - 90% of the time, they were available to talk/text right away - always patiently responded to all my questions and concerns - professional photos were taken for our listing - connected us to a great loan and escrow company - for open house and other meetings, they were always punctual if not early Knowledge - Johnny knew exactly how much our condo was worth and what it could sell for - he'd tell us about all the little upgrades we could do to make our place even more attractive to buyers - Jesse helped guide us to prep/stage our condo for the photo shoot and open house Transactions - made sure we did everything on time and way before deadlines - were able to handle multiple offers and get the highest and strongest offer to us - negotiated with the buyers well until the end of closing All in all, I felt like they treated me like VIP.
