Even though they had the appliances for well over a month, no one bothered to confirm that all the correct pieces were there. We have an oven without proper ventilation due to their mistake, it is still unusable and even though I have made several calls, no one has reached back out. It has been weeks now, not days. I have spoken with managers and sales people add left messages more than once. Crickets. This is the reason for the one star rating.

He took the time to research an identical model (mine was a custom color) which would get me back online, but would still leave me with a unit that is prone to problems. So, Eric & Freedom Appliance could have easily talked me into a costly repair but instead gave me good advice (in my own home) where they didn't make a dime. In that I had already had problems with my Samsung dryer & any replacement other than an identical washer would not match, Eric suggested appliances that he knew would hold up, which again, he didn't make a dime on. He even suggested that I get full warranties on my new appliances, once more, leaving him with no option to make a dime on me. I offered to pay for a service call but he declined. Six and a half months later, the exact same dangerous symptom returned (the microwave continues running while off). Because it fell past their strict 90-day warranty, management refused to even inspect the unit to verify if their previous fix failed unless we paid for a full service visit (minus a token $25 labor discount). Expecting customers to pay twice for an expensive fix that lasted under 7 months is not worth it for me. Proceed with caution.

Discovered that stores do not take calls & all calls are forwarded to a central call center which is not local nor in the US. Simple request to amend contact info resulted in non-resolution & followup call next day showed change not yet made. Again explained what is needed and was told that resolution would be available in 24 hrs. This was very frustrating because when you call, AI responds & transfer to a real representative occurs only when you insist. It appears that, to streamline processing, no one at the store can be contacted directly. This is certainly an awkward and frustrating process. There are very few employees on the sales floor and those who are there are not attentive & assistance must be requested through the service desk at the front of the store. In all the years that I have dealt with Best Buy, this is the worst customer service that I have had. Customer service process stinks!
