So, Eric & Freedom Appliance could have easily talked me into a costly repair but instead gave me good advice (in my own home) where they didn't make a dime. In that I had already had problems with my Samsung dryer & any replacement other than an identical washer would not match, Eric suggested appliances that he knew would hold up, which again, he didn't make a dime on. He even suggested that I get full warranties on my new appliances, once more, leaving him with no option to make a dime on me. I offered to pay for a service call but he declined.
