We have major theft issues in our neighborhood and so we keep our gates to our front yard locked at all times. You would think it would be a reasonable request to simply schedule your service in advance. But after several attempts with our very rude and unprofessional technician Named Rich I finally began to call the office. The new lady who answers the phone named "Cat" doesn't know what she's doing AT ALL. Says she will call me right back. Never does. Says she will have the person that can help me call me back. Nobody ever calls. It does very much seem as the person below noted. That they prefer you not being home when they are at your house. We are not at all ok with this. Finally i called the office and said that I wanted to request a new technician. Cat told me that she would have the supervisor call me. The next day the supervisor called me and I missed the call. We had 2 sudden deaths in our family and have had a lot of chaos. I was trying to deal with my family emergencies. Not stressing about calling him back as I knew I had a service appt tomorrow on Friday. Well now I got a message from him saying that if he doesn't hear back from me by tomorrow at 5pm that they will have to close my account. Wow. Really?! Is that a threat?! Please pretty please DO IT!! I was completely shocked by the message and I can honestly say I was born and raised here in cottonwood ca and I'm 40 years old. All me and my husbands family members use Clark's. As well as several of our local neighbors and many of my friends and people we attend church with. I will absolutely be talking to ALL OF THOSE PEOPLE IMMEDIATELY and Clark's Pest Control can bet on losing SEVERAL accounts within the coming weeks. I will also be contacting the Better Business Buero as well as there have been some other very shady things going on. Please listen to this message warning and Stay away from Clark's Pest Control. I was paying $43 a month and was getting good service. Two months ago, I received a letter saying they were going from a monthly service to every other month. I thought this was going to be OK because the mentioned that if you had any problems in between to just call and they would take care of it. I just had my service and was given a bill for $85. After calling, I was told that was the new charge. I asked if that was 2 visits and was told no, each visit would be charge that. That is a 100% increase for one half the service. Will check other services to find one more reasonable. I'm done
