$46/night. If you are staying at the Argonaut Hotel you may want to pay for their $65/night valet (which uses this lot) so you can have in/out privileges. Typical SF parking garage complete with random strong urine smells. My biggest complaint is that my car was blocked in by the valet when I was trying to leave in the morning. Someone moved it pretty quickly but it was frustrating because there was no cell service so I had to search for an employee. read more

Cancel your credit card after you close your monthly account with ProPark/ParkChirp. There is no way to turn off recurring charges on the website. You'll be at the mercy of the Regional Vice President to turn off your automatic monthly payments. (He won't turn off your monthly payments. Believe me.) I encourage anyone who's had the same problem to contact the Federal Trade Commission and the CA Attorney General to file complaints. read more

The valet from this company stole my AirPods - they weren't even in plain sight! I complained and they comped me ONE night (~ $50) of valet service. Not good enough. I wouldn't trust them again. read more

This is the best parking lot to use if you want to be in the Fishermans wharf area. I have seen too many people get their cars broken into I highly recommend that you never park on the street in San Francisco always always use a parking garage this location is so close to Ghirardelli Square and the park and the beach just so many so many great things in this area this is the best parking you will find more affordable and very reliable just make sure that you come back before they close or else you won't get your car until the next AM. Also don't loose your ticket unless you want to pay the full price. read more

Refunds should be given to me, who has been waiting 25 minutes AND the guy who has been waiting 50, yes 50 minutes for his car. JUST found out..the tag says to text when you want car. I parked for 4 hours, and the parking fee was $45. I paid with a debit card, but they give me a handwritten receipt. I had absolutely no idea what exactly the parking fee I had to pay was. I don't want to go there again. Also, I made a reservation through the Park Mobile app, but they said I couldn't use it, so I paid double the money. read more

I was overcharged at an event at the Oakland Arena. Apologetically, I was told by the supervisor on duty he could not reverse or refund my money. Advised to contact Propark Command Center. This is the FIRST Yelp review I've ever written for a parking garage. Since it's a garage in San Francisco and close to Fisherman's Wharf - I believe it to be warranted. This is a great place - it costs $36.00 for all day BUT it is close to everything! (Fisherman's Wharf, the Museums, parks and the chocolate store square complex). Look - as far as big city parking goes - this was hassle-free and they didn't screw me. Worth the money I found this garage using Yelp and chose it based on previous Yelp reviews - stellar decision! I would recommend and use this place again. read more

Taking a drive through San Francisco when you haven't been there in 10 years feels hectic. There are hardly any signs telling you where anything is, and you just have to do research ahead of time. So when Yelp described a number of the parking places near Fisherman's Wharf as being potential scams, I thought, "Oh boy, here we go." But ProPark is where its at. It's very close to Ghiradelli Square and a number of shops around the radius of 3 blocks or so. Pier 39, the shopping haven of Fisherman's Wharf, is about 10-15 minutes walking distance away. It cost us $25 (at a rate of $2 every 20 minutes) to park in the garage...the max you'll pay for an all day parking fare is $32. The only thing about parking here is that there is only one restuarant/pub that validates your ticket, and even then, you only get $6 or so off the charge, so we didn't bother. I still recommend it, especially because there are nice people working in that garage and watching over your car. read more

Horrifically expensive. But honestly, there are no reasonably priced options around here. I like it because it is easy in, easy out. You don't really have to deal with the Wharf craziness. And I can show my kids where I used to live at the former Tower Records store. Clean. Spaces were decent sized. Parked our SUV w/out issue. And you won't have to worry about Dmitri the Georgian demanding an extra $50 because he hid for 40 minutes before taking your ticket after you showed up for your car on time. It's automated pay. Just pay the machine on your way out. read more

Parking here is spendy. However, time is money and my vacation time is valuable. The last thing I want to do is spend time driving in circles looking for a meter when all I really want to do is have my Irish Coffee at the Buena Vista... This place is half a block from the Buena Vista and the Aquatic Park, 2 blocks from Ghiradelli. $8/hour. Money well spent and gas saved considering I am driving a Dodge Ram gas hog. Yes, it's tight in there, but I didn't have any problems... Great location & clean. I felt safe and overall it was worth the price. Way cheaper than a ticket too! Check groupon, amazon locals, or living social for deals, we got a great deal for two nights parking thanx to one of those sites. You only have to download app, book, and parking space is guarantee. The app was easy to use, and we were all in the same page (there's times when employes aren't aware of apps, deals, ect) There's plenty of parking space, garage is safe, and kept clean. What a great location! My fiance and I parked here for Uncorked. It was a great location for both the event and some sight seeing. We were only a few blocks from what seemed everything!!! The staff was friendly. The garage was clean. Yes, this garage is on the smaller side for you larger SUV drivers, but it was perfect for my Pruis! Great Job Propark America!!! Awesome parking garage just a 5 minute walk from Fisherman's wharf. I reserved my spot ahead of time and pre-paid through the SpotHero app and just scanned my QR code upon arrival to get in. Fully automated. Super easy. This garage seems safe and well protected. I saw some of the attendants walking around and monitoring things/helping people and they were very friendly. I felt like my belongings were secure here. I saw a sign for complimentary valet which sounded pretty cool but I was able to find a spot myself. As I was leaving, my car was blocked (they sometimes double park cars behind other cars) but the attendant was incredibly nice and probably saw me through a security camera because he ran right down, moved the car within a few seconds and helped me back out with a smile and friendly attitude. I doubt I'll be back in the Fisherman's wharf area soon - it's not really my scene - but I'm happy to recommend this spot! read more

The location is ideal for walking to Fisherman's Wharf (3 min walk). The parking was tight with some people double parked but attendant was helpful directing me into a spot. I paid $26 for 12 hours in this parking garage using the Parking Panda app (which allowed me to reserve parking ahead of time and just scan a QR code for access to the garage). I thought $26 was an okay price given the location near a touristy spot and how much time I got. read more

We made a reservation for a spot using the "Park now" app on Iphone. When we reached the place there was no one around to talk to and no sign that the lot was full. The automated machine that issues the ticket did not work and we could not show the sign from the app on the phone to get in. Waited about 5 mins and one attendant walked by. He immediately told us lot was full and after showing him the app and the reservation from the app he let us in and when i asked him specifically if i need a ticket or some sort to keep in the car or have it with me when i take the car out he said NO and i just need to show the app. We were there from 6 to 10:15pm on a Sunday and paid only $10 for the entire duration. On the way out i showed the app to the attendant (different from the guy we spoke to) and he wanted us to show our ticket. When i showed him the app from the iphone with the reservation he did not believe us and reluctantly let us out. Total knuckle head and did not believe we could make a reservation using the park now app. Overall a decent experience and we found parking pretty easily here. Except for the knucklehead attendant on the way out this place is a gem. read more

This location is great and it's the lesser expensive option among the most nearby lots (it was $28 for a full day). But the BEST part was the customer service. I inadvertently lost my parking ticket and flipped out thinking they'd charge me an arm and a leg. I told the cashier my situation and he charged me ONLY for the time I was there. Amazing. I would park there again in a heartbeat. read more

I also found this parking on Yelp and it is as close as the other reviews had stated. Great parking and go location for a picture with Transamerica Pyramid buidling, the triangular shaped one. Price is high but this is a tourist area. I guess if you can find online discount coupon would be helpful. read more
