The views are amazing so if that's what you are going for, great! The service was good and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The food is where the restaurant lacks. We ordered a salad and it was dry and the chicken was overcooked. The server was nice enough to split it for us so we could share, but it was very dry. Did I mention it was dry? It would've been nice to have more, or any, dressing to help it go down. Now on to dessert. The reason we came was for the saguaro cactus dessert. It's a very cute presentation, but the flavors just aren't that special. Don't make the trip for the dessert.

Here's the ugly truth: the food was excellent -- my avocado toast was flawless -- but excellence stops mattering when the service makes you feel like a trespasser in the hotel you're actually paying to stay in. We walked in casually dressed (because, hello, it's breakfast, not a gala), and before we could sit down, we were asked to prove we belonged by showing our room keys. That's not hospitality, that's humiliation. And then, with a dining room barely 10-15% full at 11:00 a.m. on a Sunday, we weren't seated in the elegant space that sells the Four Seasons dream -- we were dumped in the service area like second-class citizens. This isn't "luxury." This is a bait-and-switch where your money is good enough, but you aren't. On the very Sunday of Charlie Kirk's funeral, a day already carrying grief, we were treated with suspicion and disregard. Four Seasons likes to brand itself as a sanctuary of dignity, but dignity doesn't come with a side of shame. Asking paying guests to prove they belong is the opposite of luxury -- it's profiling with table service. A restaurant at 15% capacity doesn't seat you in Siberia unless they want you to feel small. If this is hospitality, then I'm the Queen of Egypt. You don't pay Four Seasons prices to be treated like you're crashing breakfast at a Holiday Inn. Food won't save an experience when respect is stripped at the door. We belong here, we paid to be here, and this hotel forgot that. Two Stars (and only because the avocado toast had more class than the service).

This was my first experience at Proof- we came for a little lunch with the kiddos. I'm a nanny and I accompanied the family I work with. It was a pleasant experience for the most part- the ambiance is lovely and it's beautifully decorated. The restaurant was very rustic in theme and we were seated on the patio to admire the views! Our littles enjoyed the appetizers of guacamole & chips... We had salads and soups- they were freshly prepared and quite good. The soup I had- pumpkin squash was a disappointment...not much flavor. Our service was attentive and very friendly. I just figured for a Four Seasons- I would have been more impressed. It was marginal for the price- I'm willing to try it again- because it was lovely!

The food was delicious, and the ambiance was beautiful and peaceful. Customer service was okay, though a bit slow.

Cheese burger, sub beef patty for meatless patty, and fries.

mid vegan burger. Does do well in a pinch when you've been in Texas for the past five days and the term "meat substitute" doesn't exist. Had breakfast here the next day. Cold brew coffee was absolutely delicious. Again the food was good but could've been better.

Half chicken

The best half chicken I've ever had. The carrot purée was perfection and the chile sauce topped it off. I would come back just for this dish.

Very much enjoyed our evening at Proof: lovely space, both inside and out, with terrific views, and solid, friendly service. Highly recommend starting as our table of 3 did, with: - Proof Knots (house made pretzel, spicy cheese sauce)--that sauce is addictive! - Chips Guacamole & Salsa (blue corn tortilla chips, charred molcajete salsa, jalapeno & cilantro guacamole)--salsa was smoky and spicy and the guac was creamy and delicious! - Queso Fundido (oaxaca cheese, pepperjack, cotija cheese, apple jalapeno jam, blue corn tortilla chips)--what's better than melty cheese? - Nico's Tuna Tostada (mango leche de tigre, tuna, sesame togarashi vinaigrette, quinoa pop, fresno peppers, baby tomato)--fresh and oh-so-flavorful...could have had a few more plates of this! We then shared the Smoker Trio (smoked pulled pork, sherry maple glazed pork belly, apple gouda sausage), which was good, but didn't have the pizzazz of the starters. If I'd known about the desserts on offer, I would've saved more room--specifically the s'mores sundae with marshmallow ice cream...if only I didn't live so far away!

VEGAN REVIEW Had breakfast, lunch & dinner here during my 3 night stay. A few options each meal. Breakfast: Avocado toast was good but small (compared to my omni dining companion's meal) & oatmeal was fine, nothing special. Tasty espresso drinks with multiple non dairy milk options Lunch: Grains & greens goddess was a solid option. Chopped salad (omit cheese)... tasty but not chopped Dinner: Taco Tuesday the chef made adjustments to the veggie tacos so they would be vegan. Side of rice & beans were yum. Really good guac & housemade chips Great cocktails. Attentive service. Great ambiance. Misters outside kept us comfy even in 100°+ Go for sunset!

Hands down the best in Scottsdale, especially on Friday night when Dell Morris smokes a meat special. BTW, the Leemann Sazerac is fabulous!

Hi... do they have breakfast buffet on Saturdays?

Yes! The breakfast buffet is available Saturday and Sunday 7 - 11:30 am. And it's fantastic!

Are they pet friendly?

I don't believe they are. Just allow service dogs.

Do they have a brunch buffet on Sundays?

They do have a brunch on Sunday's, both a buffet and menu to order off of. They do walk in basis and you seem to get faster service and questions answered if you call their direct number rather than calling the main desk st the Four Seasons.

For $13.95 you get 4 "drummers" with little meat, virtually no sauce and no taste. This doesnt work here: maybe revisit the prep and drop the price to less than $10. Out of 4 burgers, one was cooked to proper temp, rest were overcooked: Med was Med Well and Med Well was Well. Seems cook only knows the grill time to get a patty to Med/Rare, rest is a crapshoot. Fries continue to be the big winner here. No matter which of the large fry options are offered; all are solid. It is a bit off that they bring the fries 5 min before the burgers, maybe to offset the small patty; as you fill up on fries. Service: Pay at register and they drop off the food at the table. Is that worth a min 15% tip that is flashed on the tablet? Our meal was just under $100. so $15 to walk over 4 plates? They dont fill/refill drinks, dont stop by to check on food. Seems a bit greedy. Overall: I like the place and would come back, but not running over in a hurry. Part of the issue is the value. Burgers are decent, but I can also get pretty much the same at 5Guys for 20% less. It all adds up if you are trying to feed a family.

My wife has celiac disease and the tiniest bit of gluten causes severe illness for weeks. Sapiens is entirely gluten free, lactose free, organic and paleo. We started with a bread and herb-ghee platter, the breads made in house with heartwarming specialty grains. Amazing! My wife ordered the lamb shank with root vegetables. It was so tender, tasty and plentiful. She took the leftovers home and gave our dog a few bites. The dog loved this lamb so much that she refused to eat for two days until we replaced her daily fresh cooked beef with lamb! Haha! I ordered the Rabbit with root vegetables having never eaten rabbit before. I figured this would be the right place to try it and I was correct! It was extremely delicious and delicately prepared Cost was very reasonable especially for this level of cuisine. Made a resy for a Friday night and so glad I finally made it in! The hostess/server Korin was amazing! She was so easy to talk to, shared some personal experiences and learnings, was extremely knowledgeable about menu items and ingredients, and had great recommendations. During our experience, a delivery service person was talking loudly on speakerphone and the owner Roman asked him to talk on his phone outside. I really appreciated Roman caring about his customers and preserving the ambiance and environment inside his establishment. I felt valued as a customer. The food was so flavorful and cooked perfectly. We tried the bone broth - great flavor, perfect saltiness, and fresh herbs, escargot - very generous portion with paleo bread, stuffed mushrooms - huge chunks of crab, Friday special 24 oz bone in ribeye with root veggie augratin and veggies, crème caramel and caramel ice cream. The desserts were perfectly sweetened with monk fruit and so thick and creamy. I personally don't like the taste or aftertaste of dairy and sugar and these were so wonderful with none of that weird stuff! Our visit ended with a chat with Roman who shared about his health journey and what led him to this lifestyle, plant paradoxes, and tons of fun topics and facts about diet and lifestyle and how food is medicine. Very thoughtful and engaging conversation. Will definitely be back soon and possibly try the meal prep option some time!

This is an embarrassment to anything Chicago or Wrigley related. Barely any beef and some nasty sausage patty, served with a bag of chips. This was not edible, so I just picked off the beef. The pizza was decent, but I can get better from Rosatti's. The worst part of the meal was the calzone. It was disgusting and barely warm. We all took small portions to taste and none found it edible. We left almost the entire order on the rack, aside from the pieces on our plates. Did the server care to ask? No, but more on that later. The small cheese with Ricotta was barely ok, but the ricotta was not as fresh as served at DeFalcos or Vero in East Valley. Service: AWFUL. We told the server that we want the large pizza to be our appetizer and then bring the rest of the food out. Nope. She brought everything out together. Refills?
