Very helpful in assessing the dresses you try on which are based on your score of dress, they listen to reasons for score and suggest other dresses to try on. They picked out my perfect dress in this way. My advice would be make an appointment as they seem to be very busy, always a good sign. Lots of thank you cards in the shop from happy customers. I've no hesitation in recommending a visit here.

Today was my first and only shopping experience for my wedding dress, and I wanted the perfect dress. I went in with an idea of the dress I wanted and the bridal path stocked it, I tried it on and fell in love. However Amy (the lady in the bridal boutique) said I should try on others I might surprise myself. Boy was she right, I tried on dresses I thought I would dislike massively and they soon became the front runner. I then was undecided with two types of dresses and the girls came up with a "wildcard" as they called it. At this point I thought I don't know what I like I'm going to have to think about it. Well the wildcard won me over I felt like such a princess and it's the most perfect dress ever! I ordered it there and then and honestly cannot fault any part of the experience. The girls treat you so personally, they aren't pushy and couldn't be more friendly if they tried! I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough, I will be going back to look for the bridesmaids dresses there!!! Thanks again girls!!!

Not the best place by a long way…read more The dresses here are lovely but I don't like the way people in the street can look in and see the brides once you leave the fitting rooms. It didn't feel very private or special. We weren't offered even water to drink and I felt rushed towards the end as they obviously had more bookings. I understand this but I felt like I was getting the hard sell on the last dress, not very suitable for such a major decision. The lady scratched my shoulder with a pin and it was really painful all day afterwards. Not very impressive. The prices are high end even for wedding dresses, the two I liked were about £2,500 each. They have a range of shoes, veils and hair accessories as well as little lace shrugs and belts so you can really make your outfit individual. It's just a shame the whole experience was so rushed and painful. I won't be buying from here.

Tiny, adorable wedding dress shop where they hand make the dresses!…read more During a day of intense wedding dress shopping this newish shop in Sale was recommended to us by another shop in Didsbury. We turned up without an appointment and they kindly squeezed us in. There is a smaller choice of dresses than a lot of other places but they are all gorgeous. The inside reminded me of Alice in Wonderland with lovely furniture and accessories everywhere. The lady who owns it makes the dresses and I was so happy and excited to see the 'made in manchester' tags on everything. They also have some really lovely shoes, veils and vintage style headbands to choose from. I tried on about 5 dresses and they were all lovely. They literally make the dress to tie measurements rather than you ordering a size and getting it adjusted. The prices are average for wedding dresses (£1200-1400 for the one I liked). The lead time is around 5,5 months at the moment to get a dress made. The lady who helped us was so friendly and really made the experience wonderful. I can't sit to go with a proper appointment to try on more dresses.
