Upon picking it up we discovered they had replaced the owning with a smaller, much cheaper one leaving original owning holes visible. Worse they decided to relocate the switch used to operate the owning to ridiculous location. Common sense should have told the person installing the switch it was too high for a 5' tall person to reach. When we addressed the switch being relocated, and to a height that is tough to reach, we were told we could pay more money and they would wire it to the original location. We were quoted, and we paid to have a factory owning (or at least the same size) installed but got a shorter, cheaper version unprofessionally installed with the switch for it randomly placed where it was easiest to install instead of it's appropriate location. Summary; this business has terrible customer service and operates unethically. Choose somewhere else to get your vehicles worked on.

Long story sort: my dealership fell down on the job numerous times for a safety…read morerecall and been dragging their feet for months claiming the replacement parts for the propane system doesn't exist yet, even though corporate said it's been available for months. T6 tracked it down AND were at my RV in hours (compared to months). The propane issue is a lot more complicated than the one part that was recalled, so they made a follow-up appointment immediately while troubleshooting and validating what is happening to narrow down what is more likely than not the cause and being transparent about the entire process. You will feel cared for because they actually do care. If you need anything big or small, call them.

Finally she told the man who kept answering screening the calls why she was mad. Bam! The sales manager called.. oh they were having AT+T phone problems odd no service trucks! The man on cell at first was the man that made the appt LOL then midway through the call no it was a customer using his cell completing a credit app! LOL with all the computers around he was using his unsecure phone? ..... then the man who setup the appt texted to she is she was coming... No, she had been there and not a soul said hello. It was a ghost town. Empty parking lot but 3 customers filling out credit reports on their cells... Previously I had gone to look the salesperson wanted me to trade in my car without knowing even what it was! Nope! Not going back!

Gave them a 15k plus check from my insurance company before they allowed me to see the trailer. Before we left the premises I opened up the camper just to be sure the repairs were done and this is how we found the trailer which was water soaked and destroyed because they hadn't repaired the skylight and left a gaping hole with duct tape over 3 of the other holes. Due to the water intrusion for months my trailer wound up being completely destroyed and totaled. It's beyond repair and I can't believe that after being told I would receive a refund for monies I paid for additional slide repairs out of pocket I was told by Mark Clausen today that it just sucks for me. Trailers and weather don't mix. No Mark companies that have been paid to make repairs and didn't then allowed clients trailers to rot with gaping holes by Leisure Nation RV is what I call a thief. You were paid over 15,000 dollars and destroyed my trailer. It's really the most corrupt thing I've seen. To everyone please please find another company for your repairs.

I spent the extra money on one of there travel trailers because from what I was aways told they were a good reliable trailer and they stood behind there products. I've had nothing but trouble since the day I bought the trailer. Grey and black water valves both full missing pieces so the wouldn't shut the first time it was used, refrigerator alarm continually beeping and flashing the first time it was used, awning was ripped the very first time I opened it. The only thing they warrantied was the grey and black water valves. I used the camper 6 times last year and it was taken to the dealer where I purchased it after every trip. One excuse after another for why they couldn't fix the problems or they claim they fixed it just to be surprised when it wasn't once it was time for me to use it again. My trailer has currently been at the dealership since aug 2023 (9 months) and it's still not fixed. I absolutely DO NOT recommend using Leisure Nation RV for purchasing or service of an rv. Update: I was told today by the manager that if I did not remove this review that they would not touch my camper again and I could come pick it up. I I promptly drove the nearly 3 hours to get it and was told the fridge was fixed and working properly. Surprise, it is not. Photos attached from when I got home and plugged it in. I contacted the awning manufacturer with one phone call and sent one email, it's getting replaced under warranty by another service place next week. They also were supposed to unwinterize it, they did not, antifreeze everywhere. Photos attached also. This is the sorriest excuse of a company I've ever had to deal with, and after today it obviously comes from the top down.
