Jeremy and Jennifer went out of their way to take care of our daughter, after she broke down on I35, an hour and a half from OKC on a Saturday night. Jeremy talked us through what the potential problem might have been from the description given. They waited up until the tow truck dropped off the car, and our daughter, at 1 am, checking in as the night went on until she got there. Jeremy began work on Sunday and kept in touch with phone calls, pictures and thorough descriptions. He even called our daughter to keep he aware of the car's progress too. I was astounded when the car was ready for pick up on Wednesday and at a fair cost - no price gouging. Jeremy does excellent work and not only knows what he's doing, he really enjoys it. He and Jennifer make a great team, caring about their work as well as their customers. I can't recommend JJ's Auto Repair in OKC highly enough. I've had them patch a tire guess what ? leaks from patch location had to take it to another shop. brought my vehicle in to have them fix my ac told them it needs Freon they drove it for no reason at all. didn't even hook up the Freon machine to the vehicle. I don't know where they got their techs from but this makes me sick I can only imagine how many poor folks these people have ripped off. I basically paid these guys $60 to drive my vehicle and lie to me. please whatever you do never bring you're vehicle here for anything. you're welcome

Just on here to say I was ripped off yesterday…read more I was priced a Mass Air Flow Sensor for $129. Guy told me it's that price no matter where I go. Trusted him (shouldn't have) and had my car repaired at a price of $260. Of course had to pay for labor. That's not the issue. Issue is they went to auto zone and got the part for $40 and came back, charged me $126 for it. (I'm sure that's where they went. Guy told me they didn't have the part there and they needed to go get the part). This part you can get anywhere for 40, 50, or even $60 depending on which one you choose to buy. Just didn't appreciate the dishonesty when I asked him if I could buy it cheaper myself and he told me no. He was very much a hustler and was only in it for the money.
