We went there for a very quick stop as we were waiting for our tour bus to pick us up for our tour. The good: The two young ladies behind the counter were very nice and informative, and always smiling. The place is very clean. Bathrooms accessible and also clean. Before catching a ride back to the ship, we stopped into this Visitors Center in Chicoutimi, Quebec Canada. It is small inside, but this little place is packed with informaton. If you cannot find what you are looking for in one of their many brochures and pamphlets that they have, then you may ask the person manning the counter. There was one young lady assisting someone when we stepped inside. She was busy with the person the entire time we were there. She seemed very helpful to them. Fortunately, we had already explored much of Chicoutimi. Only had so much time left before the ship was to depart. This little information visitor center seemed like it would be very helpful if we had needed them. read more
