The place is very clean. Bathrooms accessible and also clean. The bad: Nothing really as we were there for a very short period. This is a beautiful place. Bug since our vacation was already planned out, this became more of a bathroom stop.

If you cannot find what you are looking for in one of their many brochures and pamphlets that they have, then you may ask the person manning the counter. There was one young lady assisting someone when we stepped inside. She was busy with the person the entire time we were there. She seemed very helpful to them. Fortunately, we had already explored much of Chicoutimi. Only had so much time left before the ship was to depart. This little information visitor center seemed like it would be very helpful if we had needed them.

So I made a rookie mistake and ordered one of the hamburgers. That's what I do when I travel, it's…read moremy guage, if they make a good burger then the place gets my approval. Back to my mistake, the menu had many far more interesting items but I went with my 'usual' and another fellow Yelper's reccomdation. It was delicious. Served with home cut fries and a small salade. The salad dressing was very tasty and the fries were the classic good home fries. I will come back to try either one of the freshly made pasta dishes or one of the salade meals. The interior is hip, the crowd is a mix of young, old, business folks, or just casual locals soaking up the vibe.

This was one of the activities we have planned for ouf trip in the region, and we were happy with our choice. We discovered a lot about the region, and visited some great places during our four-stops bus ride. The good: Host was not only very informative about the region and it's history, but she was passionate about it, which made it even more enjoyable. Nice view of chapels, waterfalls, landscape, etc. We even had a taste of local cheese on the tour. Four stops includes road of creches, first habitants, hungover bridge, and landscape point ox view. The bad: Focuses a lot on first habitants and the flood of 1996. Two of the four stops are not recommended for people with limited walking, or wheelchairs (but you can stay on the bus). Ride is VERY bumpy. French only (but understandable). But the bad does not outweigh the good at all. This tour is highly recommended for anyone who wishes to learn about the region.
