Well, July 2025 was when my warranty expired. The first week of September I noticed the fence had a plank that was splintering and between the planks it's turning green from mold. I reached out the worthless Lowe's and was pretty told we have nothing to do with that since July of 2025 your warranty expired. Lowe's and Amigo Fence will leave you hanging if the product is defective. If this had occurred several months after installation, I would understand but still think if the product is defective more should be done to make things right. Sometimes it takes more than a year for defective products to appear. Lowe's has a reputation of treating their dedicated customer expendable. They will surely go out of business as many other American businesses that treat customers poorly. ​​

They fixed a front porch that was pulling away from the house because of improper water drainage. They also fixed the gutters, put in French drain systems, replaced the front rotted wooden posts with painted metal posts, and made a new walkway. David repaired a rotted deck post, cleaned, and stained the deck! They are currently working on installing a stamped concrete patio in the back of the house and are giving us a walkway to the back stairs. David also does handyman work around the house like repair light switches, installing ceiling fans, painting, and any other home repair needs. David does great work, is on time, reasonably priced, and is very friendly. Highly recommended for iron work, home repairs, and home maintenance.

Andrew has repeatedly failed to show up for work as promised. He rarely puts in a full day's work and never shows up on time as promised. He has constantly given me excuses for his failure to deliver on time. My neighbors have complained of Andrew's inability to complete work on time even taking into consideration inclement weather condition. Consumers beware of the soft con from Andrew's.
