They checked our car and sent the data thru the computer and the final offer was made. When the price was agreed, we signed all the necessary papers to transfer the title to them. I didn't like the musky smell of the office and it took us a while to get a correct uber code to get a ride back home. Other than that Pete was very polite and professional and selling the car was very easy. We will come back to use their service again.

Before coming here, I did not know that the experience of buying or selling a car can be pleasant!…read moreWe sold them a Toyota Sienna 2012 with 95 thousand miles this week. The car had some cosmetic damages on the bumper and it got into a very minor accident, but ran smoothly. Last Friday, I took the car to three Honda dealers with the hope of trading that in and buying a new car. One dealer did not want to take it and the other two dealers offered 8.5 and 9 thousand. The second of them also told me that no one would give me more for my car. On Saturday, a friend told me to try webuyanycar and Carmax. I filled some information on my car on their websites and got estimates of 11500 and 11000, respectively. I made an appointment to come to the Lawrenceville branch of webuyanycar on Monday. I was hopeful, but was also worried that after test-driving my car, they would find all kinds of defects and offer me 8 or 9 thousand. When I showed up, Jeff quickly got into testing the car. After 30-40 minutes of testing, he asked if I would sell the car the same day if he offered me 11500. I couldn't believe that I was being offered the same amount that I was offered on their website. I said "yesssss". After 5-10 minutes, he said "done--11500". Jeff also offered me a couple of bags to move my things from the car. About 10-15 minutes later, I walked out with a check of $11500. The whole experience was so unbelievably great! I would use them in future for selling cars and recommend everyone to give them a chance while selling their cars. I also told Jeff to start a new car dealership to allow people in this area to have a pleasant car-buying experience!!!

However, there is an expectation that the dealer has done a full inspection of the vehicles they're selling and that they will disclose any major issues to you. This is not the case with Absolute Auto. My 19 year old daughter purchased a car from them. She paid every penny she had saved, $4,100. We brought it to the mechanic, thinking the brakes might need replacing. We paid $1,100 to have the sub-frame bushings replaced. Less than 30 days later, she was broken down on the side of the highway. We had it towed to our mechanic who told us there were two holes in the engine and it would need to be replaced. $3,700. When all is said and done, we will be out almost $9,000 for a crappy old 2007 Nissan. If you're thinking of going here, think again. I have filed a consumer complaint against them, so hopefully something will come of that. Just wanted to also put this out there, so some other unsuspecting Mother/Daughter duo don't get robbed. You can tell by not only the reviews, but by their defensive and disgusting responses to their customer base how awful they truly are. PS - not to mention the entire staff was in the lot smoking pot at 10 AM when I got there...
