As a single widow I was not sure who to go to when my hot water heater sprung a huge leak and a…read morewhole lot of damage to my home. I got bids and talked to three different contractors. Mark was the only one who came in and really took a detailed look at what was going on before we settled on cost and the timeline to have the work done. He finished my home in 4 days! Everything in my home looks new and better than I ever expected. This was an insurance claim and the hot water heater itself was not covered under the claim. Well, not a problem because he not only bought me a hot water heater at no additional cost to me but he also arranged to have it installed (no cost to me). Obviously he was more than fair and treated me with respect. He listened when I told him what floors I wanted and took me to pick it out. The same thing with the different paints I wanted. I cannot say enough good things about him and his business. In the future I plan on having him do the work that I will need.
