We wanted someone who could do both photography and videography, and that's when we found Stefan. From the very beginning, he was so kind and such a joy to work with. On our very first Zoom call, we already knew he was the one we wanted. At the time, he was in Germany--it was midnight for him, but 6 PM for us here in the States. Anyone willing to stay up that late just to get to know us is clearly dedicated to their clients! Even though we had already taken our own engagement photos, Stefan offered us a free session with him so we could get comfortable working together before the wedding. I'm so glad he did, because it made our actual wedding day so much easier and more relaxed. On the big day, Stefan and Colin were not only kind but also super attentive. He was amazing to work with; our meetings with him were fun and put us at ease while also being incredibly informative. Even though we were planning our wedding from out of town, we never had a difficult time getting in touch. Day of, he went above and beyond, traveling with us to a few locations for pictures and walking us through a variety of shots. He even stayed a bit late to make sure he captured everything we wanted when the reception was running behind schedule. He had a few preview photos ready to see before the reception even ended and had all the rest available for us to view in an easily accessible online gallery a few weeks later. His giffy booth was also a hit with our guests. Our photos turned out gorgeous! He has a great eye for the posed shots but was also great at capturing people smiling and having fun naturally, which is exactly what we wanted. I could not recommend anyone more highly.

He and his son were very reassuring that, based on their 40 years of experience, they'd be able to handle the conversion in any media format I need, including flash drives or transmissions. In addition to a "very good" price, including the fact that I didn't have to pay for shipping to and from a more expensive processor, I gave John one of the tapes as a trial to test a capability where they upload the digital version to a Google Drive, where I can simply move it to my drive (or computer) for access. All I can say is WOW! It worked perfectly and dramatically sped up the entire process for distribution of those precious memories to my entire family. I immediately brought in the rest of the tapes, where Show Memories numbered each VHS tape to link it to a Google version, and 2 days later, they were all available for my use on Google Drive! When they were done, I made payment and picked up my original VHS tapes. I then sent the Google Drive link to my Grandson in Florida, who is editing out blank spots and timestamping the various segments. The other great feature is that once it's on Google, I can easily view these memories on my smart TV, either directly or by connecting my laptop. To say I pleased is an understatement. The quality, cost, and speed of conversion were simply amazing! Based on my experience and results, I would highly recommend Show Memories as a preferred servicer. Being able to watch hours of footage of my parents and myself as a little girl again is something I'll always be grateful for. One of my tapes was actually damaged, and instead of just telling me it couldn't be done, the owner went out of his way to have someone else repair it. Even with that extra step, everything was still ready within 24 hours, and he didn't charge me anything extra for it. That level of care and honesty is rare. The owner is incredibly kind, and the whole place has such a warm, welcoming feel. There's even a sweet dog that greets you when you walk in, which just adds to how friendly and comfortable the environment is. Their pricing is very reasonable, especially for the quality and turnaround time you get. I truly can't recommend Show Memories enough. Second off, when we signed the contact they never told us the wedding albums would be coming from Italy. Also my mother ordered a 8x10 wedding picture that was printed by walmart.com! Lastly, After 2 1/2 months off not getting my pictures, albums or my enlargement I emailed Ron. I asked him when the albums( again I didn't know they came from ITALY) would be in and when I can pick up my pictures. My sister-n-law went to go pick up my USB and enlargement that day. While picking them up Ron bitched about me loudly in the parking lot. Saying "what does she want me to do hop on a plane and go get her fricken albums" and "does she know shes not the only wedding I did" and more bitching and hand waving about me in a PARKING LOT! If he had something to say about me or was mad about me asking a question he could have called me. NOT bitched about me to someone else .
