Green Keys respects our space but also has been incredibly helpful for some issues that we have had come up the last month. I appreciate the conistentent and clear communication from both Noelle and Gail who have time and again helped us mitigate any issues in a timely manner. I would recommend Green Keys.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS. when I say RUN I mean RUN. Not only is Chloe extremely disrespectful,…read morerude, and just genuinely should NOT be working in any position where she talks to people, but they will literally ignore every single maintenance request, any kind of privacy concerns (like having the owner of the actual property showing up in my backyard looking through my windows at any given time that he wants to) yeah you read that right. They did nothing to keep that from happening either. They just let people show up un announced at any given time so if you have kids deffinitly don't rent from them because youll wake up at 5am to a crane setting roofing on your roof waking up both your kids because they decided that was okay. Again. With zero notice. .They just do what ever they want when ever they want to with ZERO regard for you. They have no respect and then they will also try and keep every single penny that you gave them for a deposit. As it states on their website If you pay a cleaning fee in the beginning you will not be charged again for the cleaning fee at the end of move out (APPARENTLY THATS A LIE) which tbh i fully expected them to try and pull some shady crap so I went ahead and paid a professional company $650 for a move out clean. Everything in that house was spotless and they're still trying to charge me $750 for "excessive dirt" which is funny because that place was literally spotless I have the receipts, pictures, and even video proof. They cannot and will not provide me with pictures of this supposed "excessive dirt" theyalso stated that after a 3 year lease mind you that there was apparently excessive "paint dammage" which i know for a fact is not true because again, pictures, videos that I took before leaving the keys on the counter as I walked out for the last time. They also can't provide picture evidence of this apparent "excessive paint dammage" they then tried to call me and tell methey were willing to give me $700 of my $3200 dollar deposit back instead of the $200 and something they originally stated was the case. Our attorney is putting the case together now and they will be dealing with him shortly. But to save yourself from the extreme headache and stress that they will cause you. Just run the other way. Rent from anyone else. They're hands down theworst managment company I've ever rented from. Im glad to have finally bought a home so I no longer have to deal with places like this. They're just here to rob you. So RUN. Tmg is great though! I had nothing but great experiences with tmg.

I have never been more let down by a business than I was let down by Best Life. Run away from this…read morebusiness. Everything seemed really great BEFORE I had tenants, there was lots of open communication, she explained everything. I felt like we were partners. But then as soon as I had people interested in the house, I had NO INFORMATION given to me about any of the financials. I was not privy to their lease agreement, the amount of the deposit, anything. I was also not given any information about when payments would be disbursed until I reached out and asked. This didn't feel like transparency. I was finally given my first payment 12 days after tenants moved into my house. I received a very small fraction of what they paid on move in. This was expected! Expensive, but expected. What was not expected was the re-key fee that Best Life charged me. I left complete sets of keys, there was no need to charge me the rekey. This shouldn't have been a big deal, but I received nothing but defensive communication in response. No apology. She offered to remove the fee but didn't apologize, when I explained why I was frustrated she FIRED ME. That was it. I would have loved for this to be a great experience with no hidden fees--this business advertises pricing transparency--but instead, on my very first disbursement there was a hidden fee. Disappointing to say the least. ALL I NEEDED WAS AN APOLOGY, INSTEAD SHE FIRED ME. I have no idea what will happen to my poor tenants.

Whenever we needed anything addressed, they always led with integrity and trustworthiness. The Claremont is located in a bustling area of SE Portland with lots of eateries and shops within walking distance from home, which we appreciated. The unit we rented had a lot of natural light and storage and was very clean. The landscaping and common areas were also well maintained and we found that the extra storage assigned to our unit suited our needs. We appreciated the online portal Greenbridge utilized to simplify the process for making rent payments and scheduling maintenance. When the time came for us to leave after we bought a home in the area, Greenbridge was stellar in their professionalism and worked with us to schedule the walk-through and return our deposit. Finalizing the transition was very easy. Everyone who works at Greenbridge Properties is excellent at what they do. It was always a pleasure working with them, from receiving the keys to returning them. We also recommend Claremont Apartments for people interested in living in the heart of SE Portland's energizing culture.

I strongly recommend you stay away from any property they manage.

They took over a slumlord rental I had been in for more than 10yrs (owner paid $19k back in 2001 &…read morehad done very very little renovation / maintenance, only fixing things that put it in hard code violation). PPM did absolutely nothing to improve the conditions of the deteriorating home when they came on or after, only raised the rent multiple times & changed where the check was mailed / deposited. They did 1 single walkthrough to "check caulking" around the house. 2yrs later when it was time to move out after paying timely for 12+yrs, they not only kept 100% of the deposit, but claimed a seemingly arbitrary number of additional debt that was more than 1/2 above the price of rent. Absolutely fraudulent. Thankfully I own a home now, but it damaged credit / renting reports for one of my housemates who paid faithfully until he moved out 2yrs before I released the property. They're clearly about racking up properties, not about being invested in the spaces they are responsible for. The housemate is looking into litigation against them now for damages. Any company that just collects properties to collect on is going to have quality control failure. This is yet another, but with the possibility of intentional fraud.

TL/ DNR: It was surprisingly fine…read more I rented the same 2 Bdrm 2 BA plus a den 1900 sq foot decent house in Bethany through PPM for 10 years. The rent progressed from $1650 to $2035 during those years, which given Bethany and Portland rents was not too terrible. This spring my landord in California decided to sell and PPM negotiated a pretty fair deal for me with 64 days to leave and a chunk of cash at the start of my 64 days and an equal chunk dispensed at the end. Which is a legal standard according to Portland rental rules I think. I got out on day 64 and I paid for wrap it up yardwork, a whole house and carpet clean and moss removal and didn't have a lot of hope to get my deposit back after reading people's online reviews, but was pleasantly surprised to get my whole deposit back including the pet deposit. So I really have zero complaints. Well, except I moved into a somewhat crummy 3 bdrm 2 ba apt that costs not much less than our old house but that is about Portland not PPM. Over the years I never really bothered them for repairs much (I paid for plumbers a couple of times and to have a new thermostat installed). I got a new washer fairly soon after moving in, a new stove top which took a little while to get, and a new hot water heater which I got promptly when I was recovering from major surgery, and they took care of those things and also cleaned the rain gutters out for me a few times. One time a tree caught fire in the yard (! I know, right?!) and they came and removed the crispy tree corpse at my request. I will say I asked for the front porch light to be fixed a few times over the ten years and it just never worked. They also only inspected the house 3-4 times in ten years, which if I was the property owner I would have wondered about - but I was a good tenant. The worst thing I ever did was leave the trash cans out ( well my not- enthused-about-chores- teenager did and then I did when I was recovering from cancer) a couple times which makes the HOA upset enough to send the owner threatening letters.HOAs are so fun. So, all in all it was not bad.In fact, it was pretty good. I think given my experiences so far in a new/old apt complex I could have done worse. I would rent through them again. I am really hoping I can buy next time though. I just might have to move elsewhere like way out of state to make that happen on my mental health worker's income. :(
