After finally being allowed inside, I was questioned by multiple staff members about my service dog. Let me be clear--under the law, businesses are only allowed to ask if a dog is a service animal, which I confirmed. There is no justification for repeated questioning or treating someone like they're doing something wrong for having a legitimate service animal. The way I was treated was not only inappropriate, it showed a complete lack of understanding of basic service dog laws and a serious disregard for customers with disabilities. Being singled out, blocked from entering, and then interrogated by multiple employees is unacceptable. This business needs to properly train their staff on service animal laws and how to treat people with respect. No one should have to go through what I experienced just to enter a store.

Upon entering, I can see that it is busy and smelling good too. Pretty good sized store. I have noticed that there are no discount days like how it is in the SF Valley. Except Mondays for military and first responders. Comparing the prices to other Goodwill stores, I find their prices cheaper. Like the 2 branded purses that I have checked. Michael Kors bag was $29.99. Tory Burch was $49.99. In other stores it would have been much higher than that. I looked around and saw a gently worn Kids shoes for $5.99, Towel for $2.99 and a skirt for $4.99. It was a good shopping experience. No line at the register so it was a fast transaction. *Private parking that is shared with other businesses. *I haven't noticed a restroom nor a fitting room.

The clothing is organized according to color and there's also a plus size section. Additionally, there are kitchen items for baking and cooking as well as sets of china.
