They do transport of 50+ dogs a month to upstate…read moreNew York... every dog has been neutered, every dog has all shots and vaccinations, all who needed it were treated for heartworms, many have had to be treated for injuries, illnesses or infections... all have had the benefits of living for at least 2 weeks in a foster home with a family... and every one was rescued from a horrific situation or was in a shelter prior to the tremendous efforts put into their veterinary needs. Additionally a large number of cats are rescued and neutered and nursed to health... and a few dogs are also rehabilitated and given veterinary services so they can be adopted locally, sent to other parts of the country, or put into service dog programs. It's an amazing organization doing an amazing amount of work.

My dog died a few weeks after I was giving him med the doctor previous prescribed and he never improved. Now they keep telling me I have a balance w them even thought I paid full. I try to donate money as well as any unwanted clothing , household goods , anything to them - they have a store at their site and any money made goes right back into the business . Every time I've been there they are full with dogs and cats & kittens . So look around your home , they can always use newspaper , bags of dry cat and dog food as well as any pet items . Also too , if you are in the area , stop by and check out their resale shop , I've found some good bargains in there ; remember that every dollar spent goes right back into the company., Everyone that works there are all volunteers .. And if you can't do anything above , open your wallet or checkbook , and try to donate a monthly amount -any amount is helpful 10.00 , 15.00, I can tell you this , I know the animals there appreciate everything people do to help them ....
