changed name to Project Moving. fast, courteous and efficient. Quoted $160 per hour, minimim 2hrs. Took 2.5hrs. Charged me $660. Dresser, bed, chair, 2 storage units, 12 boxes. Was told by Brandon that he brought 4 people, and he needed to pay each of them and that because he came, he could have charged us for him being there but didn't. Then he said it was a 3 hour minimum, and that they are much cheaper than all the other mover. Judge for yourself. I honestly haven't found a mover that is honest about the cost. read more

We contracted with Brandon, the boss (his words), to move our basement to our new place. He said he'd call, then didn't. We ended up calling him and he said that he put someone in charge of our move. This person never called us, nothing. Brandon then said he fired this person. He also said (this is after days of going back and forth) that he would get back to us immediately. Well it's now the next day and he still hasn't bothered to call us. This is not a professional company. They only want to rehab older homes which we found out because he wanted the Landlord's phone number for which seemed odd to us. So if you are looking to move, don't rely on them. Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered 2-3 men and one truck they showed up with 5 men in two trucks. Completely changed the price on me to more than quadruple what I quoted. Then sat outside my apartment while they were "coming up with another price"... more or less were intimidating my girlfriend into paying way too much to move a tiny apartment while I was at work. After being cancelled by another moving company on moving day,with no cancellation notification email,text,nothing, we call Steve and his crew and they squeezed us into and got us move fast and safe to our new place, all we can do is being forever grateful to this man and his crew and company, very professional and willing to go the extra mile for you and your needs, crew was 100 % ex employees of the company that cancelled on us which to me speaks volumes, loud and clear. If negative 5 stars were an option, I'd select it! NEVER in my life would I use this company! I scheduled my move for 9am on June 29, 2019. At first, Brandon would respond immediately to all my moving questions (via text). But on moving day, when he wasn't there at 9am or even 10am and I texted and my husband called and left a message and my mother called and left another message, Brandon didn't respond at all! Not until 1pm! Called to say they were running behind a little bit they are definitely still coming!?! Um...NO you're not! I couldn't sit around all day hoping and praying these guys were actually going to show up! I had to be out of my house that day and had 3 graduation parties to attend! I luckily was able to find a moving truck available to rent (after calling a half a dozen places who were all sold out... go figure it's a Saturday at the end of the month) and have very AMAZING friends who dropped everything to help us out and move our entire house of furniture and appliances out of the old house and into the new one! Unbelievable! First off, how are you behind when you were supposed to be at my house at 9am? You certainly weren't moving someone else prior to 9am. I'm sure we were the first appointment of the day! So the ONLY explanation that I can come up with is that Brandon and his buddies were partying a little too hard Friday night and we're too hung over to get up and get to work!
