My husband's pulmonologist ordered a bipap machine from Alamo Respiratory Services on Tuesday, June…read more26th. That whole week he called to pick it up. They kept saying they needed more paper work from the doctor. He kept calling the following week. He was told to pick it up Tuesday, July 3rd. We go pick it up on the 3rd and they tell us they don't have an oxygen adapter that is needed. They would have it mailed to our home. Today is July 7th and he has yet to receive the adapter. Therefore, the bipap machine is useless. They don't seem to care about this person's needs. To say they are inefficient would be an understatement.

I'm glad my physician trusted the folks at Alamo Respiratory. From start to finish, everyone from Erica, Monique, Rosalie answering my questions pertaining to billing and what my insurance would be responsible for and especially the technician who set me up Roger. Roger knew so much about my cpap machine I felt horribly for asking him so many questions about the setup and never once did he make me feel like if he was in a rush or irritated all while maintaining his professionalism and respectfulness while addressing me as yes mam or no mam. I strongly recommend Alamo Resp. to those requiring Sleep Apnea machines and my husband will be requiring a machine in a couple of weeks and looking forward to having them helping him.

I believe Juan Ramirez (JR) helped me out and honestly did a great job being efficient while still thorough. He asked if I had any questions, walked me through a checklist of key topics, and made sure I had the correct mask size. Overall, a great place - I felt like a valued patient, and the employees I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. About 20 mins later got a call from the Billing manager and we had what I'd call a 1st rate quality care discussion as a customer. Andrew was kind, understanding and very helpful. he took care of all issues and was going to look into the actions leading up to the below review. The DO, even though on maternity leave, was engaged, supportive and interested to make sure the experience was not repeated. Seems the leadership from the Operational side is fine and is on track to make things right. For that reason, I will upgrade my rating to a 3. Will return in 6 months to let you know how it goes, I really think by the end of that time, I'd recommend them to everyone I know. we'll see. 9 FEB Just started with this company in Jan for supplies. Complete amatures and ZERO customer service. I should have known from the attitude of then gentleman when I picked up the machine. 1 - they could not fullfil the order on the day of pick up for the 1st 3months - said they send it later. here it is a month and a week later and the initial supplies haven't ship. 2 - Web site is non functional for registration. Can get through step 1, but no way to complete step 2 - there hasn't been a issuance of a Patient Code yet and there is NO TECH support for log in issues. 3 - Contact to 'customer service' is a joke, leave a message with 2 agents expect a call back in 24 hours - 36 hours still no call back. 3 - Contact to Corporate - sorry we don't work customer service and they don't have access to client list. If you are someone who happens to get service, glad for you - they did seem to have wide selection of mask types. Value was a bit pricey, higher end of range - something that would lead you to believe the customer service would be great - not so. Given the experience I've had - should be 40-60% lower in price.
