They did. And when we arrived, we found the store to be clean and organized, and they already had the item we needed waiting for us behind the counter. We also considered renting a wheelchaor or walker for Dad while we were there. They had monthly and daily rental options with reasonable prices and a large selection. It was nice knowing that this option was there if we needed it.

I suppose the self scan as you walk in is good. Self checkout usually runs quick and smoothly. I don't know why they don't have a self scan to check your groceries against your receipt on the way out. That's where the lines back up. The food court would be my main complaint. It makes no sense. You have to order at the kiosk; there's no convenient place to wait; if you order in advance by phone you have to ask someone about your order and it always feels like your interrupting. One time I ordered pizza for a party by phone and even I got to the kiosk to pay, the pizza was out of stock. It was confusing and added an additional challenge, but I got my order. Obviously, that's not a deterrent and I'll probably come back for other party needs.

They kept saying they needed more paper work from the doctor. He kept calling the following week. He was told to pick it up Tuesday, July 3rd. We go pick it up on the 3rd and they tell us they don't have an oxygen adapter that is needed. They would have it mailed to our home. Today is July 7th and he has yet to receive the adapter. Therefore, the bipap machine is useless. They don't seem to care about this person's needs. To say they are inefficient would be an understatement.
