They offered a variety of classes in different locations at convenient times. I prepaid $130 and signed up for a Saturday class on Old Wesley Chapel in Decatur, parking was free. Class 3/5 The class was upstairs in an old building behind McDonalds. Don't follow your GPS or it will lead you to I-20. There's no signage. Classes are taught in individual small rooms and I use the word 'taught' loosely. The mask-less instructor was nice but the class consisted of watching dramatic video scenarios and being checked on every 15 minutes or so. It wasn't very hands on like it would be in a classroom setting but I did get to practice breaths and chest compressions. Environment 2/5 Unfortunately, bass music could be heard from the recording studio below which was very distracting. It wasn't turned down despite being asked twice. The room smelled overwhelmingly of air freshener, glad I wore my mask! The class was over in about 3 hours. Because participants were coming in and out at different times, the instructor had to go back and forth between us. The certification card was emailed. Certification and Contact Info. 1/5 I was given the wrong card with no contact information for Nationwide CPR on it. Instead, there was a training center in California and a phone # which directs you to a website for an entirely different company! I tried that number first but it was automated. I then tried the Red Cross, since that's where I signed up online. They directed me to the American Heart Association, since their emblem was on the (incorrect) card. One hour and four phone calls later, I figured out on my own that the class had been contracted out to Nationwide CPR. Customer Service 1/5 When I finally spoke to the owner of Nationwide CPR, he could have easily apologized for the inconvenience and taken my suggestion to provide contact information to customers in the future. "If you have any problems, please call this number." Instead, he was unprofessional and condescending, denying all responsibility and implying that he was doing me a favor by quickly replying to my email. I was given the wrong card twice. When customers spend that much time and money, it's important to get the correct certification. I added a star because eventually I did receive the correct card and an apology, two emails later.. But honestly, it wasn't worth the headache. I cannot recommend Nationwide CPR but if you risk taking a class, please verify that you have the correct certification before you leave and ask for a phone number (or use the one on Yelp.) The contact info on the card is worthless.

Their testing site had NO parking, and neither did any other building nearby. I had to park opposite side of the school and that alone almost made me miss the exam. Then, for some reason, they wouldn't accept my drivers license as an ID...? Despite all other Pearson testing locations I've been to using my DL. Also wouldn't take my student ID from my college I attend. But they had no problem telling me that my credit/debit card counts as a valid ID. Which is all very suspicious to me. The computer they assigned to me didn't work; the PC cut off multiple inches off the right side of my test so that I couldn't answer some questions, so I had to be moved to another computer. Very frustrating experience and now the only place I will do Pearson testing is at Georgia Northwestern in Rome; their testing site has never gave me any issues and the instructor is always kind to me there.

I was scheduled to take a 3 hr exam on Saturday, May 25 at 10:15 am. Arrived at the testing site at…read more9:30 am. At 10 am there were at least 15 people there to take their exams and no one was at this business. One guy had driven to hours given this was the closest site to him open on a Saturday. It's now 10:30 am and the business remains closed. We all call and no one answers the phone. Finally at 11 am a young woman shows up and simply says there was a scheduling problem. She does not offer an apology. By the time I get registered for my exam, it's 11:30. I ask if I get a 5 min break as told by my program. She tells me there are no breaks for my 3 hour exam. After the halfway mark, the computer tells me I can take a 5 min break if I choose to. I take the break and have to get her to log me back into the system after the break. I complete and end the exam 8 minutes early and waited for the screen to tell me if I passed. Nothing. I ask her why my pass/fail did not appear on the screen and she tells me the policy for this exam is they will email me and let me know. Rather than argue with her, I review my exam information and they state I should get my score immediately after the exam. Needless to say, I would not recommend anyone to use this testing site. They are unprofessional and uninformed. While several of us were still in testing mode, the door to the testing room was left open for More than -0 minutes leaving us to deal with the noise from the center. This business should be closed. Avoid. If I have to take my exam over, I would drive an extra 45 minutes to avoid testing at this location.

Scheduling my licensing exam online was very simple and there were plenty of openings available…read morethroughout the week. There's plenty of parking available in this lot since there's a parking deck. I got lucky and caught beautiful fall weather today, so I didn't mind the walk from the deck. The entrance to the suite is on the main level with Iron Age, and the pathway adjacent to Iron Age will lead you to ATG. The location is pretty zen and relaxing for those to need a more peaceful environment before taking a exams. Masks are required for entry! Upon entry, I was greeted by a staff member, and was promptly checked-in to take my exam. You'll need two forms of identification (I used my driver's license and debit card.) They have lockers you can lock your personal things in, and they are pretty large so could fit a handbag. I opted not to bring any personal items with me though, so I had a huge locker for my keys and 2 IDs. Remember your locker number and the staff will unlock after your exam. The facility was clean and surprisingly comfortable. I would wear something warm if you tend to get cold because they definitely had the air running. I think it depends on the exam you're taking, but I was provided a dry-erase board, marker, and calculator. Staff enters upon the end of each exam to sanitize and prepare for the next proctored exam, so there's a lot of traffic noise. I didn't notice until after I passed my exam that there was a giant jar of earplugs available at the entrance of the exam room. I thought it was a jar of candy (Halloween thoughts LOL) or else I definitely would have benefited from them lol. I also think you will instantly get the results of your exam depending on what exam you're taking, but for me I was able to know immediately. Staff will hand you your results and sign you out. The entire process was a breeze and stress free. *if you have disabilities you can apply for testing accommodations with the agency you are testing with! Majority of the time you will need to provide medical documentation and do so 2 - 3 weeks in advance.

The truth is that I can NOT find a job to support my family. This industry pays people minimal wage for washing items none stop. This industry hires a lot of people with NO paperwork At ALL.
