They are the BEST…read more From start to finish an amazingly simple process, everyone I have interacted with from a parent perspective is helpful and friendly and patient with my million questions and professional. The communication about the lessons, time, location etc is all spot on. More importantly, my daughter had a positive experience as well in training, driving with an instructor, taking her test (I highly recommend your driver take their drivers license test with BDT) and it was overall great for her as well. The classes taught her not only what she needed to be a competent driver but also hammered home many of the important safety messages we parents want our kids to know - the instructors and videos did the job. The driving lessons were super easy to schedule and arrange pick up from school or home. Simply put, I wish my drivers ed experience had been half as useful and positive, and I so appreciate the courteous and professional team. I would give 100 stars if I could!!! Thank you BDT!!!

I scheduled for my grandson to take classes via a special that Brentwood Driving School had where…read moreit cost me close to $500 for 3 driving lessons. I thought this was going to be the best way for him to get the Jitters out of driving for the first time. When I took him out on the road after the class, it was like he was not use to being in control of the car. I believe with BDS having someone with a steering wheel in the car with him, that person was actually doing the driving and he was not. I could tell quickly he was not use to being in control of the car. This was a total waste of my money and I do not recommend anyone to use BDS. Also, I did not received a report about his driving, they collected the money, picked him up, dropped him off, and I never received anything from them about how the driving went. This may be because the instructor was the one driving!! I deserve a refund but they have a no refund policy.

If I could give High Hopes a higher rating, I would. When my son was diagnosed with autism a little…read moreover a year ago, I was overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. An early intervention specialist told me about High Hopes and I was happy that after just a short wait, my son was able to get a spot. My son, who was non-verbal at the time, started with speech and OT services at High Hopes. Within just a few short weeks, I noticed a difference not only in his speech ability, but in his entire demeanor. He was happier and even more social. I receive daily notes from the therapists detailing what was worked on and also twice yearly meetings to review and create goals. Both of my son's therapists are wonderful and have truly made a difference in my son's development. My son also attends preschool at High Hopes. I am thrilled with his progress! In his former school, they didn't know how to handle his sometimes violent meltdowns. They came from a place of fear and I truly think my son felt it. At High Hopes, they came from a place of love and concern. Instead of "we don't know how to handle this" it was "here are some ideas as to how we're going to handle this." Over the time he has attended High Hopes, my son has learned not only how to communicate, but he is now counting, sorting, singing, saying his letters and numbers, and is just an all-around happy kid. In fact, we were so thrilled with High Hopes that we moved our other son there as soon as we could. We have had the most amazing experience at High Hopes. The faculty, staff, and therapists have made a tremendous impact on our lives and we will forever be grateful.

Snobby, toxic environment. Would not recommend school, and hard to recommend clinic. A few education leaders have tried to make quality changes, but ultimately they have no say. Want to say the place has good intentions, but cannot say it confidently, as there is a lot that is not transparent, and the (non school) leadership has no interest in best practice or learning anything new.
