We ordered the BBQ package with three meats: brisket, ribs, and chicken. Every single one was cooked perfectly. The brisket was tender and flavorful, the ribs fell right off the bone, and the chicken was juicy and well seasoned. The food didn't just taste good in the moment guests are still talking about it after the event. That's how you know it made an impression. Everything was prepared on time, professional, and stress-free on my end, which matters a lot when you're hosting. If you want reliable service and food people will remember, Chef Anthony absolutely shows up and does the job right.

Chef Peter is the real deal. I contacted him to cater our firm's holiday party this year. From…read morefirst contact to the two months leading up to the event, he was responsive and kind. He worked with me on a menu and he delivered my vision. Even with extreme circumstances (another vendor broke our garage door 24 hours before the event) Chef Peter and his crew took it in stride. They were on time and hauled their heavy equipment in and got straight to work. He was basically cooking/grilling on one side of our building (back patio), having to run back forth to the interior kitchen and sink. He and his crew worked SO hard that night. They are very professional. Every plate was perfect, they cleared the tables and made sure everything was spotless when they left. I also hired Jacob the Bartender (he works with Chef Peter) and WOW! Crafted cocktails and excellent service. Every person who was late to my party was sat and had a drink in their hand in less than a few minutes. Jacob was a pleasure to work with. Great bartender. I could not ask for a better duo for the night. Also big thanks to Tomas and Erick - their waitstaff. Amazing night they pulled off. I'm a perfectionist. Type A host. I'm very particular on how I throw my parties and Chef Peter surpassed my expectations & more. My entire firm will not shutup about how amazing the food and service was. The party was a hit and I believe it was because of the food & bar. I will 100% hire this team again for future events.
