A few of my medical records had not been forwarded to the office, so she reached out and had them ready to go for my appointment. The waiting room was clean, quiet, and not at all crowded. (It was really nice to see a medical facility properly spacing out patients.) After my appointment, Denise clearly explained next steps as far as followups, and worked with my schedule to book convenient future appointments. Dr. Kelemen was kind, knowledgable, and thorough. He took the time to explain the exam, and encouraged me to ask questions as we talked and worked through my symptoms. He obviously spends a lot of time with patients to get the whole picture of what is going on, and is willing to go above and beyond to be efficient with his findings in order to provide the best possible care. Dr. Rosenn Dismissed me for asking if something was causing the seizures, and even though her EEG, MRI, and CT scans were returned as negative, he continue to keep recommending anti-seizure medication for my daughter. Now that we determined she has lupus and have regulated her SLE, The seizures have disappeared on their own. Turns out that the lupus was causing them. He did not even rule this out as a possibility and has caused years of trauma to my child. Please seek elsewhere, this is a really poor example of what a neurologist should look like practicing medicine.

Worst neurologist I have ever had the displeasure of going to. My anesthesiologist(certified in…read morepain management) suspected I had trigeminal neuralgia(an extremely painful neurological condition in which one or more blood vessels presses on the trigeminal nerve, which is the 5th cranial nerve and causes electric shock like pain that is excruciating). Anything can trigger the pain-it actually started with my upper left, last tooth and the pain radiated up(that's how my doctor, dentist and oral surgeon knew it wasn't a dental problem). I couldn't touch or wash my face without a pain trigger, I couldn't sleep or have the wind blow on that side of my face and so on. Actually they call it the suicide disease because the pain is so horrible(and doesn't respond to narcotics) some people would kill themselves! My pain management doctor referred me to a neurologist. Sadly the neurologist he referred me to didn't accept my insurance so I went to my primary care doctor to get a referral to the neurologist he sends his patients to. Well I would have been better off paying out of pocket going to the neurologist my pain management doctor referred me to. Dr Entin had to be the worst doctor I had ever been to(to this day)! He didn't ask me if I had any symptoms of trigemnial neuralgia(I am going to refer to it as TN from here on out) and the ONLY reason why I went to see him. I get tension headaches but they are treated by my pain doctor, yet Dr Entin decided he wanted to talk about the whole appointment. Anyway he did those usual neuro tests and ordered an MRI and an EEG. After the first AND only appointment I NEVER heard from him again, not even to get the MRI results back. He messed up big time because the MRI place not only sent the results to him, but they sent the results to me as well(at my request( for a small fee.Turns out I did indeed have TN and it was a pretty bad case of it. My pain management doctor found another(amazing) neurologist that took my insurance, took one look at the MRI that Dr Entin(probably didn't even look at let alone call me with the results) and told me I had Trigeminal Neuralgia. The new neurologist put me on a couple of medications which unfortunately didn't work for my pain(and they had side effects that left a lot to be desired). So he tried another combination of medications which again didn't work and had bad side effects. So he then referred me to the best neurosurgeon in the tri-state area. I ended up having surgery which was a success. If only this inept Dr Entin got back to me about the MRI I wouldn't have had to suffer for as long as I did(I called him numerous times, my mother even called him numerous times). We EVEN went down to the office but he refused to see us..I don't what we did to piss him off, I was NOTHING but nice to him and did whatever test he ask me to do and he never got back to me. My mom thought maybe he was busy or on vacation, but after two months of not hearing a damn thing from him all ties were cut from him and I am glad I did because he was nothing but a jerk. DO NOT see this doctor, not even for migraines or cluster headaches hell I wouldn't see him for a glass of water.

Starting with Admitting Dept, the gentleman who helped me give needed info for his computer, was quick, accurate and soft spoken. He soon escorted me to the ambulatory area for the colonoscopy that took place about 1 hr later. (I apologize if I miss a few names!) Everyone on staff, there was extremely friendly, helpful, patient, and funny too! Lisa, Janice, Maureen, David, Dr Fleischman, my MD Dr. Sayedy, etc, could not have been more wonderful! As of recent I don't know what happened but they're rude, don't seem to care and once even said to me when I walked in without an appointment in excruciating pain from suffering chronic migraines for over a month that I cannot just walk in off the street, like I was just some strange person. I've been a patient for quite some time and should be treated with a lot more respect. I was refereed to Dr. Turner through my other neurologist who never has a problem squeezing me in when need be. These front desk personnel need more training in how to be more compassionate with ill patients and customer service in general.
