This woman bad mouthed my own therapist who works for her and fired the rest of staff because they didn't clean up. All this she told clients who told me. She talks to other clients about clients. She talked about her interns saying how they were lazy and couldn't wait to get rid of them. So why even let them be in a place where it was so hostile. Many times I was in there with her and she looked dirty, looked like she was falling asleep and she was always on her phone, scrolling through stuff. She talks about her dog in my session, and she always just rushes through the door at the end. If it wasn't for Tricare, I wouldn't be here. I regret this place.

She never asked me one question about my actual condition or how I got to where I was. Instead she denied me my medication and tried to have me essentially go to rehab. My new psychiatrist said the treatment I received was absolutely inexcusable, and borderline mal-practice. Please save yourself the headache and mental struggles and go elsewhere. I never want anyone to experience what I went through. The receptionists and med/vital nurse were amazing. But the doctors and the actual care you receive is the worst I've ever experienced in 20 years of mental health services. My husband is military, so we've moved a lot and I've had to change providers often. This experience was nothing short of a horror story.

The rushed consultation involved personal inquiries without sufficient explanation, and I received no clear diagnosis. Medication was prescribed without discussion, and Dr. Cox appeared indifferent and inconvenienced by my presence, exacerbating my anxiety. At one point in discussing background info she cut me off and very rudely stated "thats not what I asked". She stated incorrect information in the question so I was trying to explain that. It would be wise to exercise caution when selecting her as a healthcare provider. I cant imagine if I was dealing with heavier mental issues and was seen by her how I would go on. Mental health you need a certain Dr to feel comfortable to talk too. I felt like I was in a horror movie. The lady who did my Skype evaluation was amazing, the lady who did my vitals was so sweet. The front desk staff were amazing. The ladies were really welcoming and the lady who took my phone call after the appointment was so kind hearted.
