I went to the one on gum branch but I know they have opened at a second location in downtown. I thought the classes were reasonably priced and there were different packages available. They didn't have and unlimited monthly plan but the had the plans per class package, which may be better for some and worse for others. The atmosphere was awesome! I walked upstairs and the waiting area was a cute little spot with couches. You could smell incense and it was relaxing. I only saw the one room and it was pretty small but very cozy and adorable! Most yoga rooms are very simple and don't have much going on but this one was full of life! I really enjoyed that aspect. There was lights all along the floor, beautiful art hanging throughout the walls, and the cutest service puppy alive! Nick was my teacher and he was very informative and helpful and provided adjustments, assists, encouragement when needed. Showed me a lot of new yoga things! Beautiful place, namaste! find more details on the blog: theabbyway.blog

He is so sincere, patient, kind, genuine, and real with his practice and always takes the time to tune in to exactly what the class needs that day. Many instructors go through the movements that they know or make them feel good, but Nick asks what people need to work on and cares about making sure they leave feeling better than when they came. I always leave class feeling incredible and every time it's such a blast. His heart, sense of humor, knowledge, and passion for yoga is more than enough to say GO to Ohana Yoga if you want the best yoga experience yet! You'll love Nick and love the way you feel. Can't get better than that! :) Cheers and Namaste

Good equipment and well maintained and you are allowed to access the gym alone once you are authorised. The only reason why I'm not giving this a 5 star is Not all of the employees share the same hospitality as and word class customer service as Casey. So who ever drives a red Jeep is a d--ck. You took the comfort off that gym. And bad taste in music bringing your depressed a$$ in there. Other than that 90% happiness rating on this site.

Lacking facility, rough atmosphere, subpar coaching, absolute drama mill…read more Edit: 1/18/2023 - The Co-Owner, Mere, WILL slander you and spread rumors if you choose to leave her gym. I've attended CrossFit classes and done 24/7 access over the last year, irregularly both due to a difficult schedule and an honest distaste for the environment. I enjoyed the excitement and hype coming in the gym to attend the class the first coupleWhen I realized the warm ups were rinse and repeat regardless of what the days movements called for, I started noticing more issues. 1. The equipment is marginally looked after, very aged and rarely updated and or replaced. I'd say 2 barbells had decent spin, none are spectacular and the majority will spin maybe a rotation before stopping. 2. The rig is large, yet still ends up being space limited and the pull up bars don't appear to be tended to in order to maintain texture and grip. Some tape is tossed on but otherwise doing high rep/high intensity movements like bar muscle ups and butterfly pull-ups and even toes to bar are going to be limited by grip texture and just plain old slipping off the bar. 3. Plenty of rowers, a couple ski ergs, and a few rogue bikes. But any issues (broken seat) are given a bandaid (a roll of tape) to fix its, no permanent fix after MONTHS at minimum of disrepair. It's been a obviously known broken piece of equipment since before I got there. 4. Security/Safety - not a concern for the owners despite multiple gripes, especially by women, about the lack of exterior lighting around the side and back entrance to the building when accessing early morning and after sunset when no gyms are in session (24/7 access door). There is no way to know if someone is lurking, there are no lights or security cameras to deter potential attackers. As a father and husband, this is a massive red flag. If you don't care to address the safety complaints of your athletes and coaches, then what do the owners care about? Unsavory foot traffic is constant at all hours of day and night due to the location. Many of who could very easily hide in shadows and do what they may when anyone exits the back door. 5. Owners are more focused on the personal training aspect, and appear to be focused on monetizing the clientele over providing a solid foundational experience for anyone to develop a sense of community off of. Competitions appear to be hosted quite often, with astronomical prices to be paid by participants to compete in a subpar gym with subpar equipment. Coaches aren't paid, rather, they have their own membership written off as work trade (absolutely horse crap). As a current client and former CrossFit coach from Northern California, this is the poorest example I've seen of leadership in a gym. 6. Social Madness. Not just social media, but in-person, the owners appear to target individuals they feel threatened by in a personal or professional aspect. From long, multi page stories on Instagram attacking individuals for egregious conduct that should be settled in court rather than attempting to slander a person as often as they can, to talking down to a married female coach of their own gym for having spoken to the male co-owner and being warned not to flirt, to lashing out at other coaches because of their lack of direction/leadership and incentivizing coaches to poach client sign ups from eachother for "bonuses". All in all, some of the individual clients at the gym are the sole reason the gym continues to be any level of successful, despite a recent mass exodus of both clients and coaches (for reasons stated above). The ownership and community fostered by them is toxic and a shameful mark on the CrossFit Community as a whole. I would not recommend this gym as a place for especially beginners/new athletes to try to learn foundations or receive coaching to develop healthy and proficient movement patterns. This is a gym best suited for friendly workouts with people you know on a 24/7 access basis, but do carry a measure of self defense when accessing while the sun is down.

I haven't been to the gym in 2 months yet they're trying to charge my card for 2 months that I haven't went when I asked to cancel my membership upon leaving to another state they said they would charge me for 2 months in advance. So for example I tried cancelling in February. They tried to charge me for march and April what a mockery and disgrace as if $34- $54 a month is cheap for the services they offer LA Fitness is a much cleaner, bigger, organized better and safer option and i bet any other gym would be a better option than to sign a contract here. 2. They use the basketball courts for pickle ball when they literally have a whole court for pickle ball they just won't tear down the wall. If you're coming here to use the basketball court I advise you not to, almost everyday it is rented out after 5 for pickle ball or volley ball whatever the case is on a court for basketball. 3. Just an all in all overpriced gym for the services they offer. Very old gym. The Ventilation system definitely needs to be cleaned it's hard to breathe in the air the utilization of space is terrible. 4. Contract is terrible, why am I signing a contract for a gym membership in the first place? They only give you an option for 2 years to pay a decent price when $34 is still overpriced, if you would like to have a month by month membership it is $54 I can't remember exactly it might even be more 5. Greedy company I advise you don't come here at all Edit : I ordered a new card you will never see money for months I didn't come to the gym you're out of your mind
